These guys are a complete joke.they have absolutely zero knowledge abouut any products they sell and 90% of the time they dont even know if they have it. They have to ask or look it up on a phone and half the time they dont even know what ur asking for. Don't even get me started on printing. Trash and would never go there again.i have given them too many chances. If you want printing done wait a few days for shipping and go to vistaprint.com.au atleast you get what you pay for.

Was served by Jordy in store today and he was amazing. Very knowledgable and kind. We had lots of questions and he was able to help with everything. Really great.

Shopping here is always pleasant but I had the most fantastic customer service this morning from Jenna. She helped me with printing some files that I couldn't do myself through Self Service. Friendly, genuine conversation with nothing too much effort for her when I had to print random pages within a document. Thank you for making a boring printing job a pleasure.

Shopping here was a pleasure. Open on New Years Day, helped by two polite young ladies with a smile. Fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

Officeworks customer service is ordinary, and that's being polite. They cancelled an online order within hours with a message saying it breached customer security standards. When I called customer service the next day (a mission in itself) I was informed the It security "red team" cancel orders they deem not to meet their security standards, whatever they maybe. I requested a call back as this order was a Xmas present.
I'm still waiting. JB Hi-fi got the business. Shame on you Officeworks.

Hay officeworks you need a BIG bin outside your store for peaple to throw out rubbish coz you has a tiny bin in store and it was full.

Solid shop. They run a tight ship here. Consistently positive experience with the staff in store, being friendly and able to provide meaningful help.

Jenna was extremely helpful when I was in the Loganholme Store sorting out photos for a photo book. I know absolutely nothing about photo scanning and she very patient and helped me through the process, so thank you for your service Jenna.

Good range, good staff, been here more times than I can count.have had an issue here and there but all good at the end of the day.

Officeworks Loganholme has a vast variety of office and home supplies. I was able to get everything my daughter needed to go back to school from here at a very cheap price. The have high quality products as well as more affordable products.

The car park was a little bit full one out the front but nothing too bad, just watch out when coming in and out of it.

All the staff were very helpful and were able to find everything I asked for plus more. Next year we will be coming back for sure.

Have always had positive experiences at this storw and today was no different. Came in to buy a printer. Had done some research and knew the specs of what I wanted. I asked a staff member called Connor for some advice and we together narrowed it down to 2 laser printers. My partner and I then decided on one of those. Unfortunately it appeared there was none left so I again asked Connor for some help which he went out back to see if they arrived in todays delivery. He returned with bad news that it was out of stock and couldn't even send us to another store so instead he brought the price of the other we were looking at down to the price of this one ($227-$199). Was an excellent gesture and really left us feeling well looked after. He even took it to the counter and put us through the register. Many thanks Connor for your gear service and advice:)

Shout out to Helena who ran the calligraphy workshop today at he Loganholme store:) she was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable! I managed to write a gorgeous card to my family back in WA. Will definitely look out for other workshops:)

I love the children's activities they do on the weekends from 12 till 2pm. It's something to do when my son is bored. The staff are always so helpful and super friendly

The most unorganised officeworks I have ever been to. Staff wander around behind the print desk as if they have no one waiting for them even when it’s busy. It took me 15 minutes to get a bound document picked up that I had already paid for. I asked the girl at the door to grab it for me and she flat out refused. No one has no idea what they are doing, they are extreamly slow and have zero customer service standards. Consistently disappointed with experience every time I visit.

Decide to try Officeworks instead of buying online and sending my money overseas.but they literally stock no Samsung accessories. Very disappointed

Loaded my kids in the car drove 20min to office works to print one resume, was told they could not do it to day and i would have to book it in. Cant spend 30 sec to print a resume thanks office works i will take my business elsewere.

Alright if you only need your basics & don’t need any help. Other then that staff don’t really know their stuff & aren’t much help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Wide range of products, also delivery and assembly available if needed.
