Officeworks Ipswich

I went in today to buy a laptop, couldn't find anyone to help me, stood around like a lunatic until I decided to walk out, the lady at the door was very apologetic and offered to find some one to help me with my purchase. She said they were short staffed and very busy, not a person around except a lady being served, yep pretty busy. Oh BTW thank you Harvey Norman for outstanding help and service! Office works you have lost a good customer.

I was served by a fantastic young lady named Molly at the registers. She was friendly & explained everything that I was enquiring about throughly and professional. I was really impressed.

Terrible service. If you try to print photos it almost never works, and then when you tell them the machines not working they just blame you, and treat you like your an idiot

Discusted in the way I got help, when I went to the register, which was right at the end, just before her register I threw them on the bench, the lady ‘Jo’ watched me struggle and then said I should have got a helper, I said I did but my mum went to look at something, even the lady at the entrance didn’t move, she struggled to know were things where when I asked when we got there, we do a lot of business with Officeworks and am really re-considering that.

Pathetic service order something then they update stock count after i order only to tell me they dont actually have the item then take a week later and another call for them to do refund. Wont shop with offics works again.

They are clossing their doors today: [ but they will be relocated by coles in ipswich cental. Don't be confussed.

Twice i have purchased stamps. Twice they have been late, but worse both times wrong size! Consistantly useless.

Friendly and knowledgeable door greeter and floor staff so helpful during back to school chaos.

Since new printers and staff, service has been shocking at Riverlink, asked nicely that I needed help, the woman pointed randomly to where I had to go, and just walked away. Gentleman was no better. Tried another time, got no help, but no more. Lady at door was helpful when I mentioned not getting any service here. I don't expect much. Sorry, but rudeness I will not tolerate. Kmart is very helpful.

The worst shopping experience I have had in years and certainly the last at Officeworks. Ignorant Staff who walk away in the middle of solving your case (without saying a word) and incredibly unfriendly manager who gives the impression she is a programmed robot rather than a human being.

Had such a lovely young girl helping me with some invitations i wanted to get printed. I wish i knew her name. Great customer service from such a young girl.

Staff are not very friendly or helpful. Luckily there's a heap of self serve kiosks so you can avoid them.

Absolutely terrible service. Never get anything bound, or it will take 2 and a half hours. Will never be back there.

Great customer service. The range is what you'd expect from Officeworks but the people make the store!

No customer service. Stood around in the office department and didn't see one staff member the entire time. When we went to the counter after all the time waiting, anything we wanted was out of stock.

An excellent store, always an expert there to help. Online ordering is also a breeze, so much so that time poor people like myself simply have no excuse to shop elsewhere!

Every time i need something here it is never in stock, the staff are average but there has often been long lines to b served

It was hard to find the doors but after that, i got lost in the electronics part, and found the item i was looking for, then i went home and put it under my bed and forgot about it.the next day i went and got another one, i got lost again and the doors were gone this time, i think it needs better door security.

Very small for an Office Works. If you're after something specific it may be worth checking out another store first.
