80 My partner went in to buy a phone. He was in there for
40 mins. Not 1 person asked if he needed help. He went to service desk noone looked up from the computer screens.
No service at all. Will never return there
Don't buy anything from this place the laptop I got there is the biggest piece of junk. I went and saw them about it and the manager gave me attitude. On Tuesday I'll be taking legal action against Officeworks Ipswich in the small claims court. If you are thinking of shopping here run as far and as fast as you can.
5 stars for Ashley. She was a great help to me the other day and I didn't get to tell anyone in store how helpful she was so I am writing a review for her. Thank you very much Ashley for all your help.
Disgusted in the way I got help, when I went to the register, which was right at the end, just before her register I threw them on the bench, the lady ‘Jo’ watched me struggle and then said I should have got a helper, I said I did but my mum went to look at something, even the lady at the entrance didn’t move, she struggled to know were things where when I asked when we got there, we do a lot of business with Officeworks and am really re-considering that.

Found a phone in store that I wanted to purchase.none available at my local stores. Brisbane store had wouldn't sell to me and send item to me.wont send to local store either, Not first time office works been totally unhelpful.wouldnt, recommend to anyone. Very poor care when packing customer orders. Absolutely no respect for the customer or what they have paid for.
No protection inside the box and the items are just thrown in with one piece of tape on the box. Poor choice in using Toll to deliver as well. They're just as bad when it comes to respecting a customers property.
The staff need to be taught how to cut down a box to the size needed for an order. Or at least add something to protect the contents so it's not just loose and falling around inside the box. I hope my orders never come from this store again IF I ever want to waste money again.

If you want any kind of customer service I would advise against going to Officeworks. Staff aren't helpful ever and always seem more interested in talking to eachother than the customers they are paid to help. I value good customer service, so I would rather shop elsewhere for the laptop, cell and smart watch I was intending on buying at officeworks (mainly so I could earn a few flybuys points, but it's just not worth it to put up with the poor service)
I called to ask a question that could of been answered really easily too my call NOT been answered even after 3 minutes of it ringing. That to me is very poor customer service.
In my opinion, there are systematic issues with customer service in this store. Constructive feedback appears to be disregarded, with staff members who are providing excellent customer service stunted by management that are more concerned with the bottom-line rather than meeting customer expectations. Recent experiences in store have demonstrated a complete lack of respect, empathy and basic listening skills, when resolving customer queries.
Bad service, no professionalism, treated like I wasn't a customer and didn't deserve their attention.
It would be great if staffs are more approachable when requesting help. I think customer service is extremely poor.
I was here today to buy a headset and a whiteboard. The price on the shelf was wrong ($18 difference) but they still honoured it for the cheaper price. They were very nice about it too
It would be beneficial if you people answered your phone, 7 X phone calls to Oxley and 5 X phone calls to Ipswich. The answer when I went in was, I'm sorry we get busy.you never answer the phone.piss poor service.
Staff seem so unhappy in this store they look depressed and Victoria was extremely rude not only to myself but to other customers this would have to be the worst officeworks store I've ever been in. But I do believe if all staff are that unhappy it has to be from the way they must be treated by management. Officeworks head office seriously need to look into what's going on in this store as it's not how I've seen staff in any other officeworks store I've been into.
Went into get wifi sender for my granny flat in 2019 didnt work enouph, so i took back and asked for the best 1 they had, still didnt work, a little beter, so i gave up thinking flat was to far from house, i went in other day and a customer picked 1 for me, omg its the best, so 2 years of bad wifi, most shops are this way now, thanks office works NOT
Back to school shopping made easy at the Ipswich store. So many staff on duty on a Tuesday night and all very helpful to help us with our multiple book lists we had work with. Thank you
Trying to get a refund from this place and head office is terribly frustrating. Head office send email twice to get a refund, store not doing what they suppose to. Waiting 4 days to get a refund on school supplies that I had to pay twice for! Every time you ring you get told a different story (that's even if you can get through to the store!) Terrible customer service.
