Made to feel like a theif constantly followed and intimidated by manager. Had bags searched before even at counter, which leads me now to never go to this store again. You guys need to learn customer service and satisfaction not customer harrassment. At 44 years old I've never been so humiliated by a store I wanted to spend money in. Gross just gross.

Went to pick up a click and collect order saw sign outside saying bulky click and collect please line up here. I went in to store to get my small order and was told sorry you need to pick up outside. I stood in line for 45 minutes before receiving my order which was just 3 USB sticks would have been quicker for me to buy in store. If all click and collect are outside why have a sign saying bulky click and collect here? Staff need some manners and customer service skills. Manager need to be sacked to busy walking around following people unnecessarily and talking to staff having a general chat instead of helping customers. If I could give less than one star I would.

Me and my partner went in to buy an office chair, we took the ticket off the shelf to take it up to the counter (we would have taken the whole chair but my partner has a terrible back) when we took the ticket up the young girl couldn’t figure it out but also didn’t try very hard and then was told by the guy standing behind her that he needs to go get the chair and put it up on the counter. It was not busy and there was no one waiting in line. He could have very easily helped but my partner went and got the chair and did his back out even more. No one offered to help. Just stood and watched. Terrible service.

The staff never once are willing to help out with printing. Even when the self printing size out come not right. They will ask you to resize and come back. It was not what I had experience before. I just had a really bad experience with the guy call Shay and that ashamed he is like the manager in the store.

Yvonne & Shay in the Print Department are Amazing! Always Friendly, Always Helpful, Great Service. They’ll give you an honest time frame for your print jobs and usually very quick, I always expect it to take a day or two but Nope.only 1-2hr same day for a Large B1 Poster? Some times even quicker if they’re not too busy. Happy to call this my local Officeworks!

My grandmother needed to have legal documents copied and the lady that served her was rude and said if she wanted it done in order she can do it herself after she advised that she did not know how to use a photo copy machine she said do you want it done or not you chose. This is disgusting service and I am disgraced that someone gives such disgusting service considering the current environment where there are plenty of people that would do her job much better roughly 1.5 million of them! This is poor form from office works! People shouldn’t be so rude to our older population!

The staff were not particularly helpful. Was told three different things by three different people. The workers seemed to be particularly uninterested in their jobs. Understandably everyone is under pressure during COVID-19, but they simply lacked manners.

Tried to ring to find out if they do document binding as the Oxley store told my daughter some stores aren't doing it in the current climate. My daughter drove from Mt Gravatt to Ipswich before i hung up after 32 mins waiting for them to answer. She was then told it was a 3hr wait.

STAFF NOT HELPFUL
My carer went in store today.to get phone and tablet charger cables.after asking a person for help "sorry going for my lunch break" There was lots of staff just standing around talking. He got the cable for the tablet correct as he had the broken one with him. The phone one is wrong (to short) (he didnt realise the size) So now we have to revisit the store. Which isnt good at the moment as we are both high risk.

Nothing but problems trying to pick up my click n collect. When I asked to speak to
Store manager she was very rude. I asked her to find out where my item was and she replied "you could call up yourself". Very unprofessional Julie.

I get all my plumbing plans through officeworks due to the geographical nature of my job. I get great service every time with the exception of today at this store. I use office works about 2 times per week.

The serving agent just didn’t seem to want to do my job. I was told it would be 2 hours, even though there were 4 staff behind counter and no customers. I persisted because I needed plans. He eventually did the job. It took him 7 minutes from payment to print.

I did question the price also, because I always get charged 5.10 dollars per sheet and he charged $7. He said other stores were wrong in their pricing this may be correct but just the way he spoke to me was harsh.

I will keep using officeworks but I just wanted to express my disappointment.

Just been on the phone twice for over 10mins and no one has pick up. Thats disgraceful. I can call Browns Plains and they will say can you please hold. And then dont take to long to get back to me.

A very incompetent store here in Ipswich.recently went into the store trying to get help with back to school needs. I approached a store member standing around and looking into space, she could not possibly help as she needed 3 days notice before hand.this employee was not busy just did not want to do any work. She seemed proud of the fact that she was standing around doing nothing and getting paid for it. Next time I will head to my local news agency. This store lacks very poor customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Great service, very energetic and friendly approach by the young lady at the School book list delivery section. One more reason to visit office works for this type of service to customer.

Absolutely useless. Stuffed up our school book order gave wrong items and left half the things out and put out of stock on the receipt. They had the order in for 3 weeks and would have got more stock but didn't bother to go back and add the missing items to the box?
Worst part was they didnt even tell us they couldnt complete the full order so we just thought we had everything! We used oxley office works last year and there was only 2 items they couldn't get and they even told us what was missing and where to get it. Not happy plus last time i shopped there they sold me printer ink that had already been used and taped the box back up! Will never shop there again!

The workers stalk you around the store, acting like creepers.the manager needs to LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE, Madison was extremely rude.apparently it’s her job description to make shoppers uncomfortable, so she informed me.

WORST OFFICEWORKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
The place needs to hire ALL NEW STAFF.

I was served by a guy named Justin who refused to give me a refund of a faulty Acer laptop that i had bought. He made up a lie saying i was unable to get my money back as it's Acers problem and not theirs. However i went to Oxley the following day and was served by a lovely man named Omar and explained the problem with the laptop and got my money back straight away and upgraded my laptop. I was appalled by the service at Ipswich.
