DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE.
This is by far the worst Officeworks store I have ever been to. There is a young guy and girl that work in Print/Copy section. They were rude and did not seem like they wanted to help me as I asked questions on how to go about printing labels. Their facial expression and tone made me feel like it was something I should’ve already known. - yeah nah, I would’ve printed them at home if I already knew how to ‍️

I also asked a young girl who was clearly doing nothing if she could help me get 2 more packs of paper bags from the overhead. She told me to “go ask someone at the front and they will get it for you” and walked off to the back. I asked the worker at the register when I went to check out and she was confused and said “they couldn’t get it for you while they were there? ” to which I replied, yeah I thought that too. Overall bad experience after bad experience. I come here thinking it’s going to get better but my experience just gets worst. I never have any issues when I go to Underwood Officeworks.

I hate this particular shop. The staff are rude. You can't walk down the isles as there is ladders everywhere so much for social distancing. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Unpleasant all round.

In retail stores today it is hard to find great customer service, today I had recieved outstanding customer service by Sohail. He treated me with the utmost respect and provided the total solution to my needs! Very happy with the service!

Poor processes exist in this business. Ordered some headsets for our computers, with them listed as "in stock" - what that really means is.its at another store and we are sending it to this store. This took 6 business days to get to the store. After calling them after day 3, they said "still coming, just wait a little longer". Finally after calling them after the 6th day, they said "oh yeah its actually been here for a few days but someone forgot to check it into the system" - this isn't good enough.

DO not rely upon them if you need the equipment quickly! Use Umart instead or another computer store. Better pricing, timelines and service.

I had my documents scanned on 17/7/21 and the quality of scanned documents are really bad. I hardly can see anything, I expected better quality considering I am paying money for the service

I went here yesterday to fix some mistakes another officeworks store had done, and they were so helpful and friendly. The younger lady at the print and copy area fixed everything for me free of charge and was super understanding.

The customer service at this store is definitely the worst because it's consistently terrible. I've come to this Officeworks a few times and both times I went to the cash register to pay and all the times the person working at the cash register is rude and doesn't bother being friendly or even show a smile. Very disappointing as it looks like this Officeworks is consistently hiring young and rude people.

Run by a bunch of kids who are just not interested. Ask one for help and you are lucky if they mutter something back at you as they rush by. Some of the girls in print shop are OK but wow, lacking service much? Not good.

Never has any product in stock, internet doesn’t work inside & when I asked why the store WiFi wasn’t working I was advised to go stand out in the rain to try my phone internet. Cheers.

The dude from this morning didnt look like he didnt wanted to be here. Shouted at me with bad attitude and told me to wait 5 hours for a single A1 print, never had such a experience

Heaps of parking straight outside the shop. Busy place, well stocked and helpful staff. However, sometimes you do have to go searching for a staff.

Staff was very friendly over the phone. Had some questions about some products and had a very cheerful person help without trying to rush through. 5/5

Walked out of the store this morning after waiting and waiting, trying to get help from multiple staff members. Either they would avoid eye contact or offer me the bare minimum whilst looking visibly inconvenienced. It's not that hard, guys.

Don't bother getting CD or DVD covers reprinted.the resulting prints will be smaller than the original files you take into the store. And what's worse, they will charge you for them, even though they are not what you want. Incompetent and Pathetic Service, Rude Staff. Avoid. Never going back to Officeworks.

The staff here are awesome. They patiently worked with me to calculate quotes for my giant order and help me get that sorted.

I don't usually leave reviews but I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service that these guys have. I have calling about a click and collect inquiry for the last hour, no response. Absolutely disgusted how a retail store can be this bad customer service wise.

I was overwhelmed with the customer service of David, in the Mt Gravatt store, who went above and beyond in helping me with my printing needs/
Downloading / USB attachment. I could not have done with out his help today. I will be coming back to this store in future. He was extremely knowledgeable helpful and patient.

I wanted to price match a computer from JBHIFI. Everything was checked and confirmed like the model number/ product code. All was fine for a price match until we got to the front counter and the manager suddenly said that he could not process the purchase. Then why did you waste my time and say all is fine for a price match and change your decision at the front counter? Why?
You said you could not process the purchase in the Officeworks computer system. Guess what happened. Officeworks in a different Brisbane store was able to price match with JBHIFI using the identical computer ordering system that you used before.
I purchased many full priced products from Officeworks but the recent experience like this is an unacceptable behaviour from a manager.
I will still shop at Officeworks because this is a one-off poor execution by the manager. If he does this kind of behaviour again, I guess a thorough audit & staff training should be looked at by the Head Office.

Chanel was awesome! I was after a 3D printer but they were out of stock everywhere, except for the display model instore. She gave me a sensational price on it and made my day!

One stop shop for all your stationery needs. It is a very big shop so they have a lot of assembled desks, office chairs and book cases on display, so you can buy with confidence.
