Absolute pleasure. The worker named Nicholas Minuti treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. He made my Monday afternoon. Incredible work to the young man for taking my needs and giving incredible suggestions and advice. Everybody should take a page out of his book. Keep up the work young lad.
Josie is a very nice and lovely lady. She helped me to find the laptop that I want, even called other stores for me to to hold them and make sure I can get it.
Apparently the manager has not treated the staff well. And in turn the staff treat the customers with an attitude. You can feel the toxic environment when entering the store.
STACEY is horrible. Very rude worker who should be fired. She doesn’t care about customers and speaks to customers (not just me) in a horrible tone. Not coming back
A printer without paper stacked, untrained staff who doesn’t know which kiosk connects to which printer, make a customer waited for 5 minutes after saying “I will get you someone else”
Customer service is 10 out of 10! A staff member offered to bring my order out for me and even helped load it into the car. ️️️️️
Desperately understaffed waiting 40mins in the pick up/collect line just to collect prepaid photos. Honestly hire some more staff!
Don't expect this store to price match as it promises to do. Nice salesman said the store would price match Microsoft 365 Family 1 year digital subscription with another nearby store's online quote. After much time wasting, the manager then refused to price match quoting some spurious difference in the stock number of the item at the other store. A Microsoft 365 Family 1 year digital subscription is a Microsoft 365 Family 1 year digital subscription. I won't be back at this store.
Love this printing and copy department here unlike elsewhere. Will always come here. Very reasonable and impressive service which I did not expect. Friendly team and very fast service as well. Good job Garden City branch!
Don't go to this store for price match. The staff will make up every excuse to reject. I was trying to price match an iPad 9th Gen from Amazon AU before and then was rejected. Second time I tried Telstra sim kit match Telstra's website and still was rejected.
I can only assume the price match policy for this store is non existing.
Don't bother click and collecting your prints. Ordered an A3 print and it come with crinkles, damaged edges and was rolled. When I asked why was it rolled up? I was told "that's just how it comes"
Not bad, friendly staff. Had to wait a bit to get a staff member to help us find something but they were very helpful when they did get to us
Unbelievable! How dare this store sold me an used item!
I bought an Apple homepot mini white this afternoon. The lady got one from the back of the store. I didn't notice until I got home and saw there was no plastic package and the cord was loose inside the box. I checked the warranty of the product on Apple website and it showed only 1 month warranty left. I tested the product and it was WIFI connecting issue and it meant it had been connected to other WIFI. All these facts give me the conclusion that it is an used item which returned by someone previously! Not sure if the product got any quality issue.
I wish I can give O out of 5 for this store. Don't waste life to come to this store!

Do yourself a favour and don't print here. Wasted a good 40 minutes of my life trying to print a single 6x6 photo and left empty handed
Click&collect
Go to the counter and show the barcode and wait for your items near the click&collect sign. Get items and check if they are all there. Done.
Wasted a good 30 mins here trying to print a single photo, the machines are outdated and even with 1 photo on a usb couldn't load it. What a waste of time.
Such a bad experience! I’ve seen previous reviews but never quite believed them until today.
I made a few copies and needed to bind them. Literally waited in the line for quiet some time and then get told that it’s the pick up line whereas the signs were wrong in the first place. Never-mind, waited in the right line and then get told to come back in 1 hour 15 mins just to get them to complete this. What a joke right? Apparently the second person working in this section is on break and only one person is handling this. It would only take ‘her’ 5 mins to complete this task and she told me I have other people waiting in line too and need to look after them. Am I not a customer too? Even though I told her that I live quite the distance from here, she didn’t seem to care. Customer service skills - BIG ZERO!
I’ve got this very same thing done the last time I was here and the staff that handled my task was lovely and got it done at the same time.
There are literally enough staff in the store to rotate and look after customers but guess what I don’t think it’s enough Office Works.
My humble request to the management is to get your staff together and prioritise customer service skills and rotating different sections with adequate staff so that customers are not just lost and waiting to be served for a long time.
I’ve been on the phone call for half an hour, to ask a question incase I get there, and they disappoint me.
