72Went in to print some photos and photo printer wouldn't read my usb. Went up to counter and had the most rude service i have ever had in retail. Asked the lady if i could email and asked if email was the one on front of computer screen. Her response was i dont know never look behind there and shoved a piece of paper at me. I left the shop thinking what did i do to deserve that treatment, i only wanted a bit of help with photos.i have shopped here many times with no issues but really think this person should learn some customer service. Took my buiness elsewhere
Backordered a desk that I was told would be available to collect 1 week later. Flash forward two months and the staff in store can't help and the 1300 number they tell you to call cannot do anything to help me. I get fobbed off repeatedly and get terrible customer service. Possibly the worst service I have ever received from any company ever. Even now every time I call for an update on the ETA on the desk is different. Absolutely pathetic. Won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
Ordered a click and collect. Waited to receive the emails to say the items were ready to be collected, went in 2 days later, only to be told they can't find half of the order. Fail.
Extremely rude when responding to a simple question. Not the kind of response you would expect from a business reliant on customer service.

Lazy and unhelpful. I had about $1000.00 worth of stuff to buy for a new showroom I was setting up. I showed the lady the list and said I needed help. She just handed me a store directory and said the trollers are out the front. Then she and two other staff members kept on chatting about some personal stuff. Obviously just walked out and spent my dollars elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
