Got served by Vicky a very wonderful lady, loved her experience, very patient it did take 20 minutes to find my receipt in my bank statements and I'll like to thank Sage in this too very greatful for their help I'll always shop here, good customer service, close to home and reasonable prices for stuff you want

Don’t go if you’re after passport photos. Couldn’t get their camera to work after 30 mins and had to leave without them being done. Waste of time.

Extremely poor service.
I bought a laptop from them and within 2 months of purchase the screan became bent and out of shape. I took It back and they sent it away and did absolutely nothing to Fix the problem….

Im on a disability pension…I don’t have a disposable income…. And now I have to buy a new laptop.

…. Well I won’t be buying it from officeworks that’s for sure, nor will I be buying anything from them again including printing booklets which I do regularly, I’ll find another way of printing things out!

You guys just lost a regular customer!

I was highly impressed by a lovely lady who works here and noticed me about to throw away this part thinking it was part of the replacement drum cartridge I had just purchased. She was off shift heading home and told me that part is part of the printer and approx $200.00 to replace. Fantastic customer service in my opinion. Very pleased that I didn't get home to realise I had thrown out a critical component of my printer!

Don't bother. Asked for help from 2 staff members. They said they were with another customer and would be with me shortly. They then moved 2 isles over and continued to gossip between themselves. There was 4 junior staff members at the counter all huddled around looking at one of their phones. They were completely oblivious to the fact that I was standing there. Last financial year I spent approximately $5000 at this store. I will be taking my money elsewhere from here on in.

I would like to give a big shout out to Eliza and Christine, who are the epitome of great customer service. These ladies always go above and beyond to ensure that they have assisted me during my shop! Would travel the distance past numerous officeworks just to shop at the Capalaba one:)

Not really impressed. Prices are a bit over the top for a lot of products, wanted help with getting prices on some things that I want in bulk lots, waited for nearly 15 minutes and got no assistance after asking for help. Thought it was a bit rude being ignored after asking for help. Will get products online, cheaper and better service from other sellers.

Don't bother calling, they never answer the phone and just let it ring out. Cant leave a message either.
Staff are nice enough if you go into store.

I went into the Capalaba store a few days ago to have a look at the office chars they sell. After deciding to purchase a specific chair I called them this morning to place an order. After waiting several minutes for someone to pick up, even though the on-line advice said they were not busy, I was informed that to place an order I would have to go online or into the store. How hard would it be for someone to just take an order and accept payment over the phone? I thanked him and resolved to purchase a chair elsewhere.

Clock on website and it goes to stor location hit store location and it shows me all in Brisbane then loops again. If I need Capalaba it should open to that store so I can shop. Fix your link daaa.

Very good service and advice from ANTONIO at this store - I was buying new Kindle as a birthday gift for my wife. BUT - the store had no covers for the particular model of Kindle I bought, which seems a poor oversight, as I'd reckon that many if not most buyers of a Kindle would want a cover.

More importantly - and not Officeworks' doing I know - a device as complex and expensive ($169) should surely have a better warranty than the one year offered.

Bought many things from other retail stores. Never had problems but recently bought airpods pros and the left ear stopped working. Never dropped or near water. Hardly used. They sent it to get repair and the repair place is a rip off. 135 to get the airpod fixed. Would not bother with warranty as it is useless because the place they ship it to asks a high price. I’d stay away and buy from other retail stores as the warranties are actually worth it. Officeworks is great with timing but i am not spending 135 on top of already $300 to get it fixed. I except a replacement or another pair. Not going to buy from here again. Im going to stay with jb hifi as non of there products have failed me.

It is impossible to follow up an online order with the branch. You get an automated answer when you call and then it rang through until it's dead. Their delivery agents Global Express Parcels are also hopeless.

Went here to print up some large print photos.
Easy to use computers and printers.
Due to size of photos we had to wait for a larger printer to print.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and all too eager to help and assist.
They all went out of their way.
This is also where the system fell down.
Due to the eagerness of the staff to help everyone, there was no one to stick to any particular task.
So the wait was quite long and eventually we had to find a staff member to get our photos.
Again once we found someone they were so helpful and pleasant.
Maybe some extra staff would help?
Or maybe a dedicated staff member on photo printing?
All in all it was the staff members that made it a pleasure to shop here.
Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Her willingness to get our phone needs solved today, her patience and her effeceincy combined with her product knowledge is rarely found in Retail.

Was getting a new router/modem. I was trying to figure out the products, due to not really knowing much about the items I looked for a staff member and spotted Cam. He looked busy restocking but came over and asked if I needed assistance and gave me a run down on the items i was looking at. Definitely a helpful staff member, 5 stars based on excellent customer service.
