I needed a new printer and was undecided with what’s available instore. Cameron was busy moving stock on shop floor but was very helpful and friendly when I asked for assistance to help find the right one for my printing needs.

This is by far the worst officeworks. I'd drive 45mins to the city to avoid having to go to this store. There is no customer service and each time I've been there something goes wrong with the printer or my order.

On 30th August. I came into the capalaba store. Stressed with multiple printing jobs. (deadline in a few hours) Chris was a lovely lady (employee) who assisted me promptly with excellent customer service.

The thing I love about this store is the staff which seem to always take a genuine interest and try their best to help.

I don't know who owns the website for Officeworks but it is diabolical - inconsistent when uploading files (works once, not next time), fails on all forms of payment types and then - the Helpdesk Centre is not available. I would not want to be a small business relying on this as a service.

Zach, the manager at this store, went out of his way to arrange for a discontinued stock item to be transferred all the way to the Cairns store for me.
Absolutely fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful folks.

On the phone for 10 mins before they answered, asked if something was in stock and before id finished he said they didnt have any and hung up.very disappointing considering the website says they have it and they wouldnt even check.

The amazing staff here were incredibly helpful helping me get my desk to my home. I had rather an embarrassing experience not being able to fit my newly bought desk into my car and they did everything they could to get it to me. Thanks again for turning a bad day into a good one.

Very disappointed. I was only wanting a printer cartridge and stood looking for 5 minutes trying to find the one I needed. I went to a lady behind the counter and she said she would get someone to help me. I went back and kept looking for another 10 minutes still no one came so I found the printers for sale and found the one I had bought to get the right number I needed. I saw staff members on the other side stocking the shelves and still no one came over. I finally found the type I needed and there was no stock only empty shelves. I gave up and walked to the the entry and there were 3 staff members talking but by then I could not be bothered asking anyone again so I walked out. I will not go back again

Really disappointing service here. They advertise stock on the shelves that they do not actually carry instore. Very misleading!

I wish to commend the two members of Officeworks (Capalaba) staff who cheerfully, courteously, patiently got my new printer working for me so I could walk out of the shop knowing it was working. Thank you Nathan and Kalman.

Diabolical service. Guy on the front door only wants to help those from his own home country (if a white Australian behaved such it would be deemed rascism.) The young guy inside did try to help until he couldnt find items that were supposed to be in stock and then it all got too hard for him and we were told to order online or go to another store. Despite an urgent requirement for office equipment we decided it would be quicker to order online than risk the same bad service in another store. Sadly, 3 weeks later and we are still waiting for delivery of a desk. No mention on the website at time of order that it was a special order item and virtually impossible to cancel once the order is placed.

Stood in store with 8 month old baby for half an hour wanting to spend $300 on a printer. I couldn't get any help so walked out after going to the front desk and asking for help. Rubbish service!

Boxing day sale short staff, was happy to wait for a staff member to become available as he was busy doing something else at the time, when finally greeted I was not happy when the words "whats up? " were presented to me, leaving that behind I enquired about a particular item I was wanting to buy only to find out its only available online, order it in and then pick it up, sorry but im going to a store to buy something and not online, needed it then not a few days later, very disapointed

Good prices on computers and accessories but staff aren't familiar with products so if you don't want a dazed look you'd be better off reading the box than ask anyone to help you. Lots of helpful people to greet you at the front door but once in the store you are on your own.
. Do it yourself photo machines always out of order or need refilling.

When you find a staff member, it’s great. They are always willing to help.but it’s finding one that can sometimes be an issue. Otherwise, great store!

I am at this store on a weekly basis. Staff know me well and are always happy to help. I rarely have an issue and if I do its always sorted quickly and without fuss. Thanks Capalaba team: o)

Andy from the Office works Capalaba store was such a great help today. We went in looking for an office chair and a whiteboard. He not only ensured we got the products we were looking for, but with my ankle injury, he also helped us get our bulky purchases to the car. Fabulous service and a genuinely awesome staff member. Thank you Andy.

Customer service is not just greeting people at the door and smiling, that’s a courtesy. If a customer asks you for assistance and that they need a flat trolley to load 8 x 15l bottles of water, you don’t send them on a goose chase to the end of the building to find none, and then tell them to go get one out of the car park. Customer service is exceeding your customers expectation, not making it harder for them to complete a purchase.
