72The customer service particularly in the photography department is appalling. I asked for help several times with their printing computer and each time I approached the desk it felt like I was inconveniencing the workers manning the station. In particular a young girl with piercings and glasses. They need help training their workers.this is retail, where your attitude towards clients matters and dictates whether clients will return. Icky feeling there. Not impressed, have not and will not go back.
Bought 2 Onex STC Alantara office chairs and had to return 1 instantly… says it has a nylon base but 1 out of the 2 came with a metal base. The metal weld for the wheel broke instantly and took it back 2 days after picking it up. Requested i be sent another chair with a nylon base. When it finally arrived it was again a metal base even though the specs say nylon. I returned it to the store a second time for them to tell me it only ships in the metal base…. Even though i have a nylon one at home i received a week earlier…. Told me to purchase one of their bases if i wasn’t happy. This was all done through floor staff relaying information as the manager would not talk with me. I ended up returning both chairs as i didn’t want them to be mismatched and risk it breaking again and causing more dramas. I am extremely disappointed with how the management at capalaba handled it.

I had to give this place 1 star to be able to give it a review I would prefer to just give it no stars - stood at the counter and staff walking around behind counter not acknowledging customer, another older lady with her nose in the screen not any acknowledgment from her she knew I was there and could have just said someone will be with you shortly - then at the next counter the young girl can’t even look up from the screen! To say next please, do we have to assume she’s talking to me and stand there like a dummy until she repeats it! I’ll do my shopping online from now on thank you
Could not get staff assistance. Walking towards staff, didn't help, they seemed to turn n walk away.
Very polite young team, but one can see lack of experience and motivation in some team members. I just asked a question of one team member, and she while going from behind the counter told me “I am on dinner break”!
Saying that, the rest were absolutely a pleasure to deal with! I’m sure the team will take it as a constructive feedback and improve customer experience!
Went in to print one 5x7 photo for a present. Self serve photo booths were all playing up. The staffed booth was also broken. 45min trying to make a computer work after it crashed multiple times. Left without the photo.
I've been a few times, was in tonight. I leave annoyed every-single-time! Customer service is terrible! Staff really not interested in giving basic service. Office National Capalaba can now have our business (our office orders alot!)
Terrible service from front staff. Photo machines are old and don’t work. No one offering to lend a hand.
Worst experience. Ordered school list for maths book- Think mental year 3 but was given Think Mental year 4. Went back to store and was told there is no any books available in store or warehouse and you are on your own. Will never order any booklist from the store.
Atrocious. Just go elsewhere.
The self serve print kiosks are clunky and completely unusable and do not give you the touted ability to 'skip the queue'. Once I finally got my photos submitted I got no receipt (needed to start the printing process) and then the printer was out of ink.

Terrible service - rude and unhelpful. Also none of the print machines were working. Can appreciate its Xmas Eve and you are busy. But there is no need to be rude.
Staff are very very rude. Not helpful then when i got someone wow very rude. 6 staff and no one helping.
Spent $1500 last week. Same staff same rude and not help service.

I'm absolutely blown away with how amazing the team was today with helping me organise myself. Beyond grateful for the way they went above and beyond and I wish I knew all their names to give them a shout out because they were lovely
Incompetent, lazy and arrogant middle aged woman. Assumed she was supervisor of the printing section, although I wouldn’t know why she would be. Can’t believe this business is still in operation. Shameful…
When there this morning at 10.30 no parking spaces available, as there is not many to start with.
In a say 5 minute period there was myself and four other cars left as done off us find a parking spot.
Fantastic Service. A young mand climbed down a ladder and out it aside to help. Definitely great customer service.

Bad service consistent across stores. It seems to be ok to just walk away and do other things while attending a customer at the counter. Um ok.so am I just waiting here for you? No. It's ok I'll take my service elsewhere
I almost never leave bad reviews for anything but the girl who served me “Kloe” according to the receipt, was so unbelievably rude. I greeted her, was so polite, said my pleases and thank yous and she literally said nothing back the whole time. Just scanned the items with a dirty look on her face and smirked at her friend/co worker. It can really ruin someone’s day to feel gossiped about when just trying to buy some products. Seems really counter intuitive for a business to have staff that make you feel like that. Never going back, that’s for sure.
