Good store with lots of stock, but terrible staff that don't know what they are doing.if you ask them about a product they have no idea and tell you the wrong information. Also customer service where you get your prints done have no idea what the store sells, I was looking for magnets and the asian girl in photo lab told me that you don't sell. So you lost a sale and how many more sales are you losing or have lost! Train your staff to know what's instore so they can help your customers better

Great service. I just did a 'click and collect' order for the first time. I was in and out before I knew it. The friendly staff made it so easy.

Great store with variety of office essentials and loads of staff as well. But very terrible service, no one came to assist when I wanted to purchase a laptop yesterday. Today i went in to purchase an hard drive, got told 2 aisles down on my left. Not even came to give me the options. I eventually found what I want.

So ridiculous! Splits order into two and gives a date of two weeks later. That date comes and no messages. Tells me it'll probably be in by this afternoon.the books were meant to be handed to the school TODAY! If you didn't have stock just say that and I would have found it elsewhere. But just like every other big business these days you don't care about the customer.

No customer service. They dont looked after the customer. The staff in the photocopying section was not approachable. I went here as no where to get the stuff I need.

Overall good except when close to new school year when they run out of stuff like books and parking is to cramped and small

Service was terrible, loads of staff members around and not one to help they were more than happy to stand behind the counter eating biscuits and laughing whilst looking at you. Waited for 10 minutes and still no service.

I’ve tried to ring 5 time this week and no return call after leaving my details and every staff I spoke too had bad customer service. Not willing to go above and beyond for a customer!

On Thursday 17/06 at about 6: 45pm I was at the checkout getting some laminating paper and art stuff when my card decline. I was confused as I had money on my card, turns out the commonwealth bank app and system was having a meltdown and it took me about 20min to resolve this situation with my bank and eventually my card was approved. This isn’t the point of the review, but I just wanted to commend the woman who was serving me, I was very much anxious and embarrassed as this had never happened to me before, and she was so patient and kind and made me not feel bad. She related to the situation with empathy, and told me that it was ok. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or like I was annoying or a burden because I took extra time. I was embarrassed about the situation but she assured me that it was ok. I appreciate the patience she had for me and my bank app eventually started working and my payment was approved but she definitely made the situation very nice and comfortable. It’s really good to see good customer caring service and she made my night. Thank you.

I often shop at Officeworks Cairns and now do not even bother to compare prices, whether its a laptop, printer, ink, mobile phone, pens etc. Its a fact the prices are the best in town, but most importantly the staff their helpful service and product knowledge far outshines other shops. Of particular note was the help and assistance i was given by a member of staff working in the copy and printing section this last Sunday her name Deryll.she was so helpful showing me the printing process and checking me to just make sure i was ok and on track. Thank you and thank you to the manager who is obviously both a good trainer and team builder

Printing is always poor quality and overpriced. Expect long waits and the printing team are quite rude and unhelpful. It's a shame because the other staff in the store are always friendly and helpful. But for any printing its much better to go to a local printing business which I will be doing from now on!

Officework is a joke i was at cairns one and was look a fitbit versa 3. I get to check out to buy it with the display box that say on it take box to count on it to be told they dont have it in stock why have the box on the shelf if you dont have stock. As i was look at the fitbit for 30min and not one team memeber came over told me that the store had not stock. What a joke

I have been waiting on my click and collect item (IPad case and screen protector) for 2 months. I understand that there may be delays in the delivery due to circumstances however whenever I have tried to call to understand what might be going on nobody will pick up the phone and if someone does they are abrupt and tell me they have no idea where my item is. I have had items come from JAPAN in A WEEK AND A HALF before this item from my own country has arrived. Nobody has called to inform me what is going on or why there is such a serious delay when I was told it would arrive within the week of ordering and I got tired of waiting so I ordered the same case from Sydney and it arrived in TWO DAYS. Seriously frustrated I never usually leave reviews but this is INSANE.

I have to say Office works is not good at all. I rang so many times no answer what's so ever bad service if they open 8am how can you guys not take phone calls

Ordered a delivery online which arrived on Wednesday but was incorrectly picked. I rang the store immediately and was advised that they would send the correct item the next day at no charge. Nothing arrived so I have tried to call several times on Thursday and Friday but the phone just keeps on ringing - very disappointing customer service.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great place to pick up all of my teaching supplies. Prices are always very reasonable. It's probably best to park on the street as the car park is a bit small and hard to get around.

Had a return replace on a super busy afternoon and was assisted by Daniel. Made it fast and totally painless. Thank you Daniel.

Generally a good store with a wide selection of products however in my experience the service has been there only if you go looking for it!
