Officeworks Browns Plains

Just had a horrible experience with this store after speaking to Ross (the store manager) who clearly has no idea about his job maybe it would be wise to educate your 'MANAGERS' with better training and customer care wont be back.

Love the new Mail Man post system. Saves me having to go to the post office and waiting in line for hours.

Useless staff wonder they are still open if you want a migraine come to this store. Who knew the simple act of printing out 20 pages single sided black and white could take over an hour

Spent ages looking at computers. Even raced around on office chairs. Not one staff member spoke to me. I see staff standing around.

What a joke.incompetent at every turn.how long does it take to pay for 4 things.lines running 20 deep and stupidity everywhere

Had a hassle free shopping experience at this store. The staff, particularly Gloria & David, couldn’t be more helpful. The store was well stocked and organised which is a credit to them at this time of year. Well done!

Cat least it’s consistent with other office works. Takes 6 hours just to pay for something. God help you if you needs assistance on an item that probably don’t have a price tag on it

Great team members. But so under staffed by Officeworks its disgusting! They treat people like slaves and make all these lame excuses why they can't put on more team members.

Never go there if You want to be spoken rude and no help from staff especially the printing lady.very rude.never go there again

Good products, poor service. If you don't want to risk having to pay for an unusable print. Then don't use the self serve machines. Staff were also horribly rude. The printer was obviously not set right and caused the photo to be printed lopsided. But the staff blamed it on my file being not the right size.

I go to the Browns Plains store regularly and have generally found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They always make an effort to check in with customers to see if they need help. Necia at the print station was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very up front about cost and wait times.

The floor staff are always helpful. I was about to pay full price for an item when one of the staff came up to me and directed me to the half price clearance items. Cheers mate.

Have been a customer for all business and personal needs for over 8 years. Unfortunately that will end as the staff manning the print/copy station are the most sluggish, un interested and rude staff I have come across. A shame as the other departments have great people with very friendly customer service. A recent printing job has left a very sour taste in my mouth due to the snootiness of one very ignorant, young lady. Will never step foot in there again.

Worst customer service. It took 40 mins to print two digital print because systems are fine. I was not told when I placed my order. The staff was not apologetic. Go somewhere else.

The worst officeworks, the last 2 we shopped here, the price display u would have to check again, different from what u paid, 1st time difference $ 29,2nd was $ 4, always excuses "the system doesn't come out in computer" something like that, false advertising! Very sad pathetic for such big business

Not impressed. Purchased a small office table which had the wrong screws and incomplete Instructions. Does anyone ever qualith check this stuff?

Advice to purchasers, pull the item out of the box and check its all there.

Every time I come here I get more and more disappointed! The store is being refurbished (for what feels like the 10th time in 3 years) and they had 6 photo stations available BUT no do-it-yourself ones ‍️ Then I was told the photo machine takes 1hr to print 100 photos. That’s less than 2 photos a minute, how can this be accurate? Not to mention the photo staff are always ridiculously rude and ignorant!

I'm gonna give these guys 5 stars because it is the Browns Plains store and it's because of the staff that they get 5 stars. I don't love Officeworks as a whole and they are not perfect but the staff at this store just seem to be a bit better than other officworks stores.

Keep your eye on prices shown on display as they charged me the wrong price at the checkout $19.99 should have been $7.99
