93 They completely lost a package.
We decided to try the 2 hour click and collect and to be fair, it did tell us that it might take a little more time since it's back to school season and it also split our order into two collections due to stock availability. We ordered on saturday, 2 days before school but hours past, and the ETA was still 2 hours. Then on Sunday, we checked again and they split our order again, now at 4 collections. We ended up picking up collection 1 on monday afternoon, after school had started and on tuesday, the website showed that collection 2 and 3 were ready to be collected. Here's where the main issue starts, collection 2 went fine but it only held a single pack of colouring pencils but collection 3, which had the majority of the stationary couldn't be found. The staff member that was looking searched for 10 minutes without finding anything and when we asked someone else, their device showed that it had already been picked up. They recommend that we should call the customer service and we did but they put us on hold for 30 minutes before we just hung up. Another issue is that we also can't get a refund as we don't have the physical product so we can't return it.
The girl who served me at the printing services was rude and lazy. I was told I had to come back the next day to pick up 5x A4 printed documents and 12x 6x4photos because it will “take too long to send to the big printer” and she “turned the self service printer off early” as if that is my fault.
Turned out I was able to print my own 5x A4 documents which she didnt advise as an option AND she was able to print my 12x 6x4photos out on the spot.
She did not even look like she wanted to help me at all and even rolled her eyes when I asked if the self service photo printer could be turned back on so I could do it myself. She said it would take long to turn on again.
I had to ask another staff member for help who was kind towards me and she didn’t acknowledge me after printing the photos but handed them to the other staff member to hand to me.
Honestly such LAZY customer service and dont know how she has a job there. Never coming back to this Officeworks again.
Store manager Amber and another employee who served me (don’t know her name) are extremely rude and harassed me in front of other customers in the queue. They suspected me of my afterpay account as if it’s mine or someone else. Guess they are undercover cops toobut it’s not your job to judge people as long as we have it in our mobile. You should have picked a better topic. Store manager Amber denied to sell me another product because i was returning my airpods within return policy period under 30 days, which is officeworks policy not hers personal policy but maybe she forgotBecause of their disgusting behaviour i’ll be buying from another store. Can you stop me buying? I Wish if i could give them less than 1 star.
I work in uber and dasher, KFC is so slow always take 20 + minutes for food to Reddy, not good thing it's fast food business, you can't take that much time.

Wha a joke! Went in to Browns Plains store to purchase a 2tb Toshiba HDD. Plenty of boxes on the display rack to take to the counter for purchase, but they have no stock left? Why are all the boxes on the rack for sale if there is no stock left? Then they try to sell me another brand for $30 more than the brand I went in to purchase! Very unprofessional.
Rudest staff 8: 17pm today lady at the printing section refused to help for scanning documents asked me to do it by myself. Worst experience
Staff seem too busy to help and you’re left waiting in line for ages, while staff are too busy to accommodate you.
Went there to do some printing and no body wants to help, we to the desk and told we will come when we can, 30 minutes later, then needed help with printing photos and still no help, we will be there when we can. So I just left the store. So people need help with technology but know one wanted to help. Will never be back here for anything.
One of the older workers came up to me while I was testing out the posca pens and asked "Are you going to buy that or draw? " I said I was testing and she said "uh no" She said that I had to buy the markers to test them. She also said it to me and she didn't say it to other people testing it out.

I went in to print something just before closing time and the staff member at the door very rudely wouldn’t let me in even though I just needed to print off just one sheet and I told her that I honestly didn’t realise they closed early on Sundays. I could have easily printed before closing time anyway. The inconsideration was appalling, her communication was belittling and there were other customers in the store as well. Really poor customer service experience.

High quality photo prints. They come out much more clearer than Kmart. The machine however has trouble sometimes with phone USB connections and also the downloadable app option. I suggest using a normal USB stick with all your photos in it it’s been working fine for us!
They had the item I needed. Asked staff member for directions, but she was a not interested and did not listen. Sent me to the wrong aisle for the wrong product. Eventually I found what I was looking for adjacent to where I asked her for directions. Cashier was good.
They have very bad customer service, I went lots of time. I sent to them emails on pc, I ask them print out as I don’t know how to do ownself. They refused to do print they said do own self I requested them that I need urgent …but still no one helping me.there are 6 ladies on counter talking with each other no any. Other customer at 3: 58 … n noting doing just talking.i stop to going there as no good customer service …

Went in to get something printed the girl we asked for help seemed more annoyed and didn’t really explain anything told us to go over to other counter.
We left and went elsewhere.
It’s unfortunate when you get bad customer service. Should not be in customer service if you are not willing to help customers
Visited on 16/01/23. Very busy store but even so there were enough staff to ask questions, they were friendly and happy to answer questions and they gave the right answers. A very pleasant experience. Well done!
Just came in to the store was told there was no stock of a product and no stores close by that have them in stock either so I would have to place an order for the product.
I make one phone call to the next suburbs store and they have it in stock! Thanks for wasting my time. I now can’t get a refund on my payment of the order either until it arrives.

Friendly and professional staff.very helpful. I had a few issues with a camera I brought and spoke to Brie who helped me quickly and easily.having customer service like this is refreshing
Poor customer service, apparently I have to ask the retail assistant to pack my bag with the items I just purchased.
Even I don’t like to give 1 star no option that’s why I give one, the customer service are very bad.
Excellent service from Neville who went above and beyond in assisting us with buying cartridges for our printer. Extremely knowledgeable le and helpful.
