This is The store to go to if you want to be treated like your invisible, if you complain about the rudeness of the staff you will be put through to the store manager, after experiencing his attitude towards customers I can see why his team members feel shoppers are just an inconvenience.my apologise for expecting you to do your job and provide customer service to customers!

Absolutely incredible service in store from Michael. Easily & by far the best advice, salesmanship & follow up service I have had in any IT store. Michael helped narrow down options for the purchase of a printer & headphones, walked away with both products, extremely happy with his knowledge & sales skills.

If you live in the area & have an IT related enquiry, I would strongly suggest calling in & ask for Michael, you won't be disappointed.

Really easy to print documents from email. I was able to top my credit up using the machine and got straight on to a printer. The printer service is really easy to use. It was 12pm on a Wednesday when I visited and the queues at the checkout seemed excessive. The EFTPOS wasn't working to top up but luckily I had change so didn't have to queue at checkout. I was in and out in 5 minutes, I can imagine that could take a lot longer if there were more people needing to use the 4-5 printers they have available.

The customer service was absolutely atrocious, made me wait 30 minutes to tell me a product was out of stock. Alot of room for improvement, pick the slack Browns Plains Officeworks!

I ordered a gaming chair to click and collect in two hours as it was available in stock on 26/12. After two hours I went to the store and the chair wasn’t even there. They told me the chair was in the warehouse to be collect in store on 31/12. Yesterday I got an email with a new pick up day on 07/01. They sell but actually they don’t even have it. Should be a crime, false advertising. In my opinion the business should be punished. Government should take actions to protect and guarantee the customer rights.

Absolutely disgusting customer service on the photo desk. I had been in store nearly 1 hour just wanting to print 2 photos. The app was playing up, the self service screens wouldn't connect. Staff would not help & had an attitude with me. I then went to Harvey Norman, Browns Plains & I was done in 15mins. That is where I'll be going from now on. I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review but it wasn't worth that 1 star

Purchased an ipad from the Browns Plains store but didn't get the extended warranty or the screen protection at the time of purchase. Decided when I arrived home that I needed both so called and spoke to Michael who is both very knowledgeable and helpful and made arrangements to return to the store and sorted this out simply and quickly.
Absolutely love dealing with this team and particularly with Michael!

I ordered a photo canvas a few days before Christmas they said it was busy it would be done around new years or after which is to be expected. They got it to me a day before Christmas, absolutely amazing work. Great staff great work

Worst customer service ever experienced in the entire Australia in the last 10 years especially for photo printing the service attendant too busy chit chatting rather helping customers

Friendly staff & always had what I was after. Except when the 12L water bottles have sold out & I have to wait a couple days, but that's ok.

Address listed on website and in maps is very wrong, but the team member I called to direct me to the correct location was LOVELY

Be aware of the extremely rude staff with their lack of knowledge here, especially in the printing station section. Waste of time, don't bother with Officeworks Browns Plains. I received lip from a rude, uneducated Kiwi lady at the printing station today after 2 out of the 3 do it yourself printing/copy stations weren't working today 24/9 @3: 30pm. 20mins later an asian officeworks worker came and fixed it with just a touch of a button. Why waste time by not having proper machines working properly without any out of order signs? Worst thing was not only the back-turning customer service, but also the unfortunate ladies having to wait forever who were after me in line (one of which decided to go to Kmart instead). Very poor, do yourself a favour people and go to other proper Officeworks, the Browns Plains one has been poor service for quite some time unfortunately.

The staff are very nice.but when it comes to calling l have been trying to call 7 time and no one is Answering 5.30 l started calling and tryed to get someone l was trying For about a half an hour.l gave up

I went there last night and was able to pick up what I needed. The lady who served me had amazing customer service skills. Always a smile on her face.

24/10/21 I was recently shopping at Officeworks Browns Plains and asked a young man (his name was Sam) we had already found what we wanted but we couldn't find the other item so we asked for assistance and the response from him was not only rude but very sarcastic. What happened to friendly customer service? I will not be recommending this store to anyone. Does not deserve a star.

The staff is never ready to provide a service.
Always insist to use self service. Wastage of time coming to browns plains office work.

Friendly experience from print and copy staff despite some of the machines not working I still printed the stuff out I needed too and would definitely come back.

Well stocked and offers great specials. Have shopped instore and utilised home delivery both were good.
