93I received lip from a rude, uneducated Kiwi lady at the printing station today after 2 out of the 3 do it yourself printing/copy stations weren't working today 24/9 @3: 30pm. 20mins later an asian officeworks worker came and fixed it with just a touch of a button. Why waste time by not having proper machines working properly without any help from staff, or at least having out of order signs? Worst thing was not only the back-turning customer service, but also the unfortunate ladies having to wait forever who were after me in line (one of which decided to go to Kmart instead). Very poor, do yourself a favour people and go to other proper Officeworks, the Browns Plains one has been poor service for quite some time unfortunately.
Service and front staff were polite and assisted me with my needs. Will definitely be back here in the future!
Came in looking for a phone and the service team were fast to help me. Staff are friendly also.
If there was a option for a zero star I would. Absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone and waited on hold for 30 minutes.
Terrible customer service, phones are never answered just constantly rings. Much like everyone else has said, no point trying to call.
Staff stop working when there’s still 30mins of trade to go. Came in the store tonight for super late last minute items. About 10 staff all sitting on and standing at the front counter. All turned and looked at me, not one person greeted me, looked at me like I was such an inconvenience, it was so awkward that I had to say “sorry are you still open”.
I would love for a employer to look at the cameras in that last 30min. Should’ve spent my money else where.

Absolutely nothing good to say.very disappointed and not even worth the 1 star but couldn’t post without it.over a week in calling at different times they don’t answer the phone, when they finally did the lady was not very helpful at all and a total waste of my time. Still have not got any answers from my enquiry.so i must just have to wait.
The service at the store used to be very good however whatever changes they have gone through definitely would tell in the sales.

Salesperson lied about free delivery to get the sale as they only had half the printers they sell in stock only to want $40 for delivery? May as well stay at home and order online from a decent company.
Customer service the worst non existence, waited at counter for over 5min while the 5 people behind the counter just look up every now and then and just stared at me then wondered around pretending to do other things and just ignoring me.
Terrible nearly two weeks to get a product from there warehouse, no one answers a phone, no customer service. Shocking experience.

Not very busy, but difficult to get the attention of staff, perhaps they are understaffed. Staff were friendly when engaged with customers.
Reasonable selection of Pilot Fountain Pens, but don't have any ink for them. Unusual. Staff member told me 'That's something we would do' in regard to the lack of ink but abundance of pens.
Faber-Castell pencils 6 pack was 0.95c, but 12 pack was $4.50. I could buy 30 for about the same price as 12.
Lots of inconsistencies in this store. Perhaps this is due to COVID, but I have my doubts on that.
I must say this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had in all my life with retail and customer service. Being a business owner myself, I value customer service and having been serving customers for over 25 years. This is an absolute disgrace and really gave office works a bad reputation in my opinion.
First off all the staff, including the indian female manager is so rude, disrespectful, always short and snarly.
I have been in a few times to purchase alot of items for my business and called up to check on stock availability and was told that they don't even sell the product that I researched online Officeworks website. Very poor, if you don't even Know what you sell. They never have any knowledge on their products either. When a staff is asked a question they direct you to the front counter and then the front counter has had no clue and couldn't be serving customers enquirys but they are never any where to be seen and will not go out of there way to accommodate your simple needs or queries.
The last time I was in there, a very elderly man was standing there waiting for someone to help him for over 25 mins and there were staff standing around looking like they were bored out of there brains. Honestly office works who is actually employing these people and where do you get them from. The side of the road? Poor service all around in every aspect. If you want the correct information on something you may aswell research yourself and then just go and buy, don't even bother asking staff. If you can handle the poor customer service and rude staff that is.

My last time there is my very last time. Unfortunately ️. I will buy online now from another reputile company that is always happy to serve and help with any queries.
I also see from the reviews of this store that there are 50% 1 star reviews. So I guess it's not just me and the numbers dont lie. Well done Officeworks you have lost yourself another valuable customer.
If you can avoid this place, drive an extra hour somewhere else. Terrible service. Rude staff, not helpful at all.

Great experience at Officeworks Browns Plains. Sally offered excellent advice on which computer I should purchase for my needs.
Customer service was second to none.
Items prepaid "Click & collect" at store & promised for next day delivery as stock was unavailable. So awaiting for notification, none received. I had viewed track & tracing online & only saw eta's. Finally rang week later to enquire why the delay, was told unfortunately store has a glitch with products going to the back. No apology just a lame excuse. If it is a known issue, why not fix it for your customers? Maybe have a CSR do call-backs to check and advise items have arrived. Service failure! Not shopping here again.
Printing photos here is apparently very difficult, waited over 20 minutes for 6 prints that their printing computer describes as “2 minute printing time”. Had to ask twice where they were
