Very Long, poorly managed queues. Staff stands around directing people into queues instead of helping the single open counter with 20 minute wait.poor service

Self printing was out of colour. The counter service had a fault. Very dissapointed after 30 minutes of waiting still had to go to a different place to print the photos.

There was a paper jam in the printer and I asked for help. They let me waited for so long and came to help with such a reluctant and arrogant attitude. Such poor customer service. Not happy at all!

Staff doesnt want to serve customer because they are closing in 3 mins while I was waiting for them to serve me standing for 15 mins

Went in to print one photo and the machine stopped working. Would have been okay except when I went to the counter they said it would take 2minutes to print one photo? It's been closer to 10 now which seems excessive. 3 stars because the people in the store are nice. Just procedure issues

Tried to return a Chromecast my sister bought me. Had the printed receipt. Had her emailed receipt and had my ID showing we had the same surname and the customer service rep still refuses a refund because I didn't have the original credit card even though that's not stipulated in the returns policy. Officeworks Adelaide Street - you suck.

Last Friday, I went to get some immigration photos taken. I gave the guy at the counter the form from the Canadian government that states exactly what the photo and face dimensions should be. I received an email today from the processing centre stating that my application is on hold due to the photo dimensions being incorrect. I’m now heading to Australia Post in the hopes that they are able to get these dimensions correct. So disappointed with the lack of attention on these as it is a timely and sensitive matter.

Go to Milton store instead, the customer service and management are consistently excellent that puts this city store to shame

Always busy, but lots of self-service printers and photograph machines, as well as "stuff" for the office.

Very disappointing, they were unable to take my payment online, over the phone or create an invoice to my officeworks account and therefore I needed to go to another printers.
