Terrible attendance!
When requesting help from almost all employees, it is possible to perceive dissatisfaction in helping, it is not possible to find a helpful person, I think they don't like working.

Poor service honestly as though they couldn't care less, searching around for ages for a product I asked with assistance finding, I understand for someone working in the store a basic and poor description may be all they need, but yeah just bad customer experience all round, not surprised from Officeworks honestly.

The staff member who served me was literally having a full conversation with the other team member? So rude

Unfortunately, office Adelaids St "never answers their phone calls". I'm a regular user in last 8 years, and have never seen that they pick up the calls when I or my team call in their opening hrs. So inconvenient to collect individual or business items after buying it online! Do they promptly check their stocks and send the notification by emails to customers? Sadly, nope. They really need to update their system for this.

Only good for basic supplies. For printing services, better go to a real printing shop and avoid being overcharged for a terrible print job.

Rather than helping customers, they snub you and tell you that "they close in 20mins". Felt unwelcomed. TBH one star is too much.

The staff is rude. He don't even greet the customers n he throw the charges on me. If there is 0 star, I will put 0 star.

Worst place to print photos lots of staff none know what they are doing. Terrible staff management. Terrible manners someone needs to take control of training and teach how to run equipment

Can't print a glossy photo, instead printed a glossy thick paperboard. They knew I needed it for passport, but playing with the words to waste my money and time. Just unprofessional.

Basically I like the service here. But today a mature Indian lady charged me over. However, it is small money she should be fair. I get printed 4 two sided pages, 10 one side pages 14 pages in total, but she charged me 17 pages (8 two side pages, 9 one side pages). When I told here about this mistake she showed me an angry face and just returned 20cent back. Management should teach basic mathematics to their new staff!

Great customer service, wanted a sata cable but not in that store. Their happy to help me order it (free of charge) and will pick up the next day

Customer attendant staff who stand in front of desk no smile no help.very bad behaviour and she is very egotistical behaviour also.

Most clerk people are there for receive payments or telling you what machine use but not for helping solving/doing what you came for.

Jed was such a big help when I was shopping today, I was looking lost and couldn't find the item I was after and he promptly arrived to my service, helped me find my item and then quickly got me back on with the rest of my day

10/10 would rate again, love this mans work

Extremely poor customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful when using printing services. Will not be using Officeworks again any time soon.

I would prefer not to give a single star to this Officeworks store. Had a nightmarish experience after buying Nokia 8.1 phone recently, the phones screen developed a cracks within 5 days and then had to submit the phone for repair. The was sent to NSW for repair and it's already been 21 days. Had to plead the store guys to return it back to me so I could go somewhere else to get it repair. These guys are only interested to sell the stuff.

For a downstairs tightly packed reasonably small Officeworks store there are many sales assistants to help you find the right product for your own personal needs! I was looking at the price of Wi-Fi extenders $88.00 Was the lowest but he couldn't garauntee the extension distance! I ended up buying a really cool red plastic sheet display folder for Just over $7.00!

A small store but with good service.

I got 3 posters printed here and the print person turned it around in 30mins and was extremely helpful and polite.

Wanted price match. They said they couldn't do it so I said I'll just order it online Amazon. He looked at computer more and said do you still want them I said yeah if you can do it. Took the people 15min to hunt for product and then scanned them and wanted 4 times the price what I showed them. Said they couldn't match it but will match the old price which was about 3 times more expensive. Absolute lack of communication.

They charge differently for the same size paper. They want to charge more at the printing area and when i show them the receipt staff says they don't remember
