This Officeworks not as much professional staffs are not good enough.i was supposed to print b5 But they mistakenly print A3 and I asked them for cut, they said it will take 3/4 hour to cut only 5 pieces of paper

Took 5 minutes to download a 5 pages document. The personal wasn’t helpful at all. Complicated and slow printing service. Waste of time

Always greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival, and this store always has what I am looking for.

Worst staff I’ve dealt with. Olivia is the worst, there were multiple customers standing in line and no one was being served for over 10 minutes, it takes 30+ minutes to print 1 A3 poster print, and if you have to re send your files via email the staff are incredibly rude and pushy about it.

The worst officeworks I’ve ever been to in terms of speed of service. Staff too busy standing around talking and “looking busy” than to actually serve a customer. Took over half an hour to print a single sheet of A4 paper

It’s unfortunate that this store is the only one closest to CBD and their A0 colour printer never is working. They accept the orders but this is the second time we have to manage through timelines and taxi and effort to collect from another store.
Please stop selling products you don’t have!

Just had the worst service, ordered a pair of AirPods and the attendant went on for five minutes saying it’s impossible that I ordered AirPods because they had none in stock and treated me like a d**khead and then someone checked the order and they were there. It’s honestly not that hard to be polite - learn some manners!

All I wanted to do was buy my son a laptop. We knew which one. Yes it was cheap but for our purposes it's what was needed. We waited, as we watched two staff assisting one customer. Then a third came out.but no, this was also to assist this same customer. One of the staff members set off the alarm for the tindles, the customer (quite rightly) had refused to buy the display model and left. We were asked if we wanted to buy a tindle, to save them the trouble of fixing it (clearly this customer had annoyed this staff member as he was rolling his eyes and carrying on). We waited while the three of them mucked around with reattaching the tindle to the alarm. I went over to the customer service counter to get help, it wasn't until then did one of the staff members come running up to ask if we needed help. Only to tell us they didn't have any of that model laptop in stock, sending us to the counter to get them to check other stores. What so we could wait some more? No thanks. We went to JB HiFi, they sold it to us for $10 cheaper, with no wait.

My favorite place to print all my document. Very accessible because it is in the middle of city. They have plenty counter where you can print all your document or photo. Staff is very helpful too. They have 2 floor for shop.

Great store! I’ve always managed to get what I need from there - if anyone complains about times waiting for printing etc please be mindful it is RIGHT in the middle of the CBD. Great service from staff member Kieran - the go to guy for anything.

Look, it's kind of a premium place to print.i came in to try & print a poster once and they printed it for me within the day.so, that was kind of cool.they sell glue sticks too if ur into that...

Jed at Officeworks in Adelaide Street, Brisbane is 10/10 for computer knowledge.

He solved my Apple/Dell change over files problem.and now i can back up my files into an Apple Computer.

Jed.you are computer guru lifesaver.thanks mate.

Did not help me print and copy. Went to Virginia store instead where I was served and helped! I honestly think she didnt want to do any work that day at all!

Smaller than typical Officeworks, but very convenient to get documents printed or scanned in the city. Also good for shopping for office supplies.

If i had zero star i would have given.the first time i went there staffs were very rude.i thought they were rude only on that day or something cause usually staffs aren't rude anywhere.but i went there yesterday and my experience was the same! I am never going back there again.the way they speak is so humiliating!

They were not very cooperative. It took her a long time to approach, and she ignored when I thanked her. I think I was ignored because I was not good at English with her. She smelled so bad.

Some of the staff is very rude.especially talking about Lina, I asked her for help two times but she was just saying “huu, omhu. ” but didn’t come to help me out.and, this store mostly out of stock many items.

I placed an online print order to be picked up at this store. I was called to be told that their colour printer wasn’t working and they had no idea when the printer would be repaired.

When I asked for possible resolutions, I was told I’d have to call around to other stores to see if they would be able to print it and then have the print job transferred from the Adelaide St.store (which also means it would be on me to travel to another area of the city to pick up the print job). They also supposedly can’t give me a refund for the order.

The person I spoke with claimed they were unable (and were definitely unwilling) to take responsibility for this failure of their equipment—pretty crucial equipment for a print store, no? —themselves. When I expressed disappointment about this, I was told that it wasn’t their fault “you don’t want to do your job”. Wow.
