McDonald's Forest Lake

Cold food, staff too busy on their phone to worry about taking orders, staff spraying cleaning chemicals over the sundae topping machine while other staff squeezing topping onto an order.
Would never go back there nor would my friends with me.
Trying to call to sort this issue out however no one knows how to answer a phone there at the Forest Lake McDonalds store. Highly disappointing to say the least

At the most busy times, orders become mixed which becomes missing burgers etc, happened about 3 times in different visits. Luckily I live close to come back to fix it but this is not on, double check and double check again

Ordered a hazelnut latte! And hotcakes. The hot cakes were all just chucked into the bag! My coffee was just a latte with NO Hazelnut even thou i said 3 times hazelnut latte.i regularly buy my coffee from FL McDonald's. I will not being going there again! This isn't the first time something like this has happened! Very disappointing!

Good food unhealthy but there are healthy options they sell little pieces of red apples good place kept clean good seating has a playground

I ordered a large meal and a large fries but didn't get my large fries and tried explaining it to the empolyees and they were trying to get rid of me because I was blocking up the line? !

It I don’t get told to wait in the waiting bay, my food is cold or I get the wrong order. The amount of times the frappe machine is broken as well, is ridiculous.

Walked in and it was dirty. Staff were rude.
No table service despite it being advertised. Food in the McCafe display looked old and dry. If it was clean, the staff learned some manners and actually listened that would be useful.
Redeeming factors were fast service (of wrong food and replacement) and big kids playground.

I live very close from here so I find myself coming here often. In my experience the service is quite slow compared to what I'm used to at Queen Street. Many times it takes more than 10 minutes after ordering for my food to arrive. It wasn't even that crowded and this was at 6: 30pm. Definitely disappointed. I mean this is maccas for Christ sake, the very definition of FAST food.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order using the self service machine, paid for it and due to THEIR system error my order didn't go through. Of course money was taken from my account but this Mcdonalds manager didn't give us our food at all. So my family left empty handed and hungry aswell as $50 short. Mcdonalds error, should have given us our meals for the inconvience. So pathetic.

Ordered mcdelivery not too bad. However was missing large fries very sad. It’s not peak time either so there’s really an excuse for it. It’s 11.14pm

Kids loved the playground. Busy at midday, self checkout inconveniently placed too close to front door. Otherwise good service. Staff keeps the restaurant clean as much as possible

Wrong order, waited in the parking bay & watched the staff trying to get orders to the right cars, i must have got someone elses order cos mine was missing HEAPS, tried to call no less than 8 times. NO ANSWER. Lift ya game Maccas Forest Lake cos right now u all have no idea what ur doing in there~~ not even worth a 1 star rating!

Stuff up every order and you always end up in the waiting bay. The staff always seem like they don't want to be there.
