McDonald's Forest Lake

Given up now. The last couple times I’ve ordered from here, my order has been wrong. They’ve either made it wrong or I’ve had missing items. Tonight we went the through the drive-thru and had to park to wait on some items. Not a problem. But when the food arrived, the only items that were hot were the ones we were waiting on. Everything else had clearly been sat on the counter because the food was so cold it was inedible.
Used to be such a great store. Pity how far it’s fallen.

I ordered chips and was charged for chips but there was hashbrown instead. I was too tired to go back as I just finished my shift in morning.

We were served relatively quickly; however it was a long wait for the small order. During our wait time, my partner went to the toilet but quickly returned stating he would not be using their facilities as they were extremely dirty with no sanitiser or anything (lucky I had some on me). In the meantime an elderly couple who were behind us in the line were still waiting to be served. It wasn’t overly busy. The young staff were just not serving anyone and avoiding eye contact at all costs. When our order was finally ready (about 12 minutes) we collected our items and told the staff to serve the elderly couple (who thanked us as we departed). Won’t be returning.

Always cold food. The service on the drive through is like climbing mt everest. Attitude from employees. Windows are dirty

Placed an order for a espresso coffee stood by the mc cafe and waited.my coffee arrived from an unknown location. I suspect from a robot machine out back.if I wanted a robot coffee I'd go to a 7/11. Not happy at all

I have to admit I only used the toilets but they were spotless (women's only), this was after the lunch hour rush. It was refreshing to find such cleanliness after one of their busiest times.

They're always forgetting the sauce or something. My partner and I have decided to avoid ever going to this maccas again. It's gone downhill: (

Don't ask them to do anything difficult or out of the ordinary (like skim milk instead of normal milk) and you won't be disappointed.

Just as bad as it was since the previous franchise owner was removed, never any printer paper for orders, slow service, as usual missing items from orders and never clean.

Disappointed visted Forest Lake store asked for table service recieve none asked the assisant mangager why i didnt she said im pregnant and cant then i said could of asked another staff member and got told whatever this isnt the service i should recieve even after waiting 20mins and isnt the 1st time its happened

Services was slow, beside it seemed we the customers had to wait for the staff to finish there weekend stories before taking ir preparing orders. Forget about accuracy with the order that was incorrect they overcharged too. They should take a leaf from Cleveland store, maybe train there.

Never gets orders right.
Always a delay.
Meat never freshly cooked.
Chips good when hot (sometimes).

The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. In fact the happiest I have ever heard. But the toastie was pretty ordinary. A little too hard

Worst idea McDonald's ever come up with self serve ordering,
The prices we're not reduced why should I do somebody else's job?
The machine didn't work properly and would not let me move on with the order, I complained about this and I was told to use the machine FFS
I suppose they work at McDonald's for a reason.

Finally had enough and won't be going back. Order is incorrect every time without fail! Sorry, they do usually get a plain sundae correct.

It would be nice to see them focus less on their company metric of getting customers through the drive thru quickly (which they only achieve by making the customers park up) and actually start to focus on customer service and making sure that customers are getting the correct orders. I wish I could say that it only happens in drive thru but alas it also happens if I order in store and honestly, I shouldn't have to open up every part of the order (down to unwrapping burgers) to make sure it is all correct.

I have taken these issues to management in the past and have been treated like dirt by the child managers. Get it together Mcdonalds, recruit some grown ups who understand what it takes to be a good manager and put the customer back into customer service.

I usually like McDonald's but this time I went they were disgusting. They could not be bother to heat up gravy so they gave me plain fries instead of gravy ones. My bag looked like a scene from a murder mystery channel. Burgers seemed to be frisbed across the kitchen into my bag just by the state that they were in & to top it off it all was cold. The server was not even in uniform and she kindly let her hair fall into my sloppy cold food. I know maccas is gross but I wouldn't even force my enemy to this joint.

Busy restaurant handles work load well. Occasional issues with wait times and food quality but more often than not they are good.

Every time that I visit this store, I hope like mad that this will be the day that they get the order correct.
But. Every day, they still need up the order.

Typical McDonald's fare, you get what you would expect, not typical coffee from the Mccafe, coffee was superb and was made faster than the fast food. Extra star for the mc cafe team
