$8.25 for a cheeseburger and the staff cant even follow the recipe
At least could you be bothered to put some damn pickles on it! Just meat & cheese only is pretty sad

I can't blame Macca's directly for atmosphere (inside a shopping centre food court), but OMG the supposed 'great' taste of the new McCrispy chicken burger was dreadful. I had 3 bites and threw the rest away. The chicken was super dry, the sauce barely there, the lettuce limp. Sorry Macca's, you've lost me.

Well where do I start? Service waited 5 min beforethe staff recognized we were standing at the counter. Self serve kiosk wasn't working should of known. Ordered and waited10min for 1 part of our order to be ready. I asked for my burger to be hot she just walked away without telling the other staff what Id asked for when I said I want it to be hot she told the staff to put my whole order into the microwave which wasn't what I'd said. I received salt on my unsaltd chips. Pancakes were stone cold and tasted yuck. Butter wouldn't melt but was assured everything was hot. Really disappointed won't be back Forestlake Maccas

Some little scoundrel tried stabbing me and offering me a handy in the bathroom for a cheeky $30,5 minutes later a little rapscallion tried "stunching" me a swift left hook and I made it out of there the person at the front was nice I think is name was Lachlan

I had a real bad experience on 2/4. I ordered a latte and it was extra sweet.
I’m a diabetic so I got them to do it again.
I spoke to The shift manager who refused to give me his name and was rude. He was covering his name badge. I got the replacement latte later and asked a pregnant lady worker if she could give me the name of the shift manager but she refused. She said I’m not supposed to give names. I don’t think we need people who get frustrated in this industry.
I had another encounter with the same manager and this time I read his name badge - Clayton.
Extremely rude - something needs to happen. I encourage the owner to do something about it.

I ordered two buggers chips and a coke.the buggers were wrong and the chip stone cold.good old mcdonalds allwise a waste of time

Got a classic angus and they didnt give sauce or tomatos or lettuce, so it was basically an expensive quater pounder. Chips arent fresh and staff are obnoxious.

Always had bad experience here. Always get wrong orders or something missing. Last Sunday i ordered hot cappuccino and they gave me a room temperature coffee. Not even close to warm. Didn't bother to go back and wait for another 20 to 30 mins to correct the orders like always.

Waiting here for 20 minutes and girls are too busy chatting, lots of people waiting for their orders, , even manager was busy chatting

Order was wrong when going through the drive through. Came into get it sorted, and that took ages. Over it. Won't be back.

Would give 0 stars if possible.

Today I ordered a happy meal, a quarter pounder meal and 24 nuggets plus a Mcchicken burger.

45 minutes after I arrived to collect my "fast food" (online order) I left with cold nuggets, warm drinks and stale fries.

My order was placed 15 minutes before the staff were bombarded with a school rush, all of these 50 odd orders were filled well before I received my order. Some of the staff were acting unprofessionally and having loud, obnoxious personal conversations with some of the more boisterous patrons.

Had I not specifically requested the happy meal be re-made fresh, my partner would also be suffering the depressing taste of this atrocious visit.

This is not the only time that I have visited this restaurant, and I have had smooth customer experiences at this store before, however on this and a few other occasions, my experience has been comparably bad.

Went in today to oder a meal and hot choclate, didnt have the drinks (frappe) available, didnt have onion rings, shop was very dirty. They guy behind the counter was ver rude, young lady that served me was nice. Unfortunately Macdonalds does not treat staff well and pay well especially the juniors. With the millions they make they should give better pay. I will not go to Forest Lake Maccas again!

I ordered a huge order for our dance class and they more than got it done and quickly and in good order thank you so much

Forget about getting any service inside.the restaurant. They focus on the drive through only. I ordered for a client and myself and it took 25 minutes to get my order. The drinks were made first and were sitting on the counter melted by the time I got my food which was cold. Worst McDonald's ever.

Left out my 24 nugs and said that it wasnt in my order.

In a recent order, I ordered large meal sets for my family and the large fries that came with it was like getting in between small and medium fries, not even being close to what large fries should be. The frozen coke flavour (raspberry) that I ordered just came in as a regular frozen coke. In general just don't buy from this Maccas, especially around late afternoon and evenings. They have a tendency to forget about putting in some items that are supposed to be in the order.

Orders are regularly missing items. Food is slapped together and chip containers appear half full.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - they do not include the main portion of the meal in delivery.do not apologize when phoned and inform you to take up a refund with third party.

Worse experience ever waited for 25min for my coffee frappe ask the ask staff about my order nothing after 25min talk to manager he told me machine is broken no one told you. If they told me before I might have ordered different just got late for work. The service is really bad not good communication between the staff members.

Just called through drive through. Ordered a vanilla thickshake.not what i got. I got a semi filled liquidy mess. Opened the takeaway bag and got a half filled medium chips n no salt. Just a waste of money. Never again.

Only one star for being open and working on Christmas Day. Used the App to get 2 coffee's today at around 12: 30 to pick up at drivethru. Asked to park. 15 minutes later still no coffee. Went in and they were serving coffee out the drivethru window. They all seemed clueless and didn't really care about my 2 coffee's. This is not the only time. Generally poor service and that reflects on the management. I live in Forest Lake and now will change to Doolandalla store, hopefully not the same franchise owner! Goodbye Forest Lake Maccas, spending my money elsewhere.
