Yeah no.by far the WORST mcdonalds in the australia.longest wait and it's not even worth it because by the time we get home they've forgotten half of our order.very unorganised and pretty sure the staff can't comprehend anything.the food is alright though.

Rude staff, never smile, no need for attitudes, David should learn to train his managers better that way the store runs better, most times we wait and the chips are cold because they are past their 7min holding time but they still hand them out anyway.

If there is a zero star I can choose, I will do that! Order table service, got the table number, waiting for 20 mins, I aske the girls, she said there was no order! Then the cafe girl pointed the food at the counter, here it is, explained because they were too busy no time to bring them to table, I asked why nobody told me before I order! Bad bad bad!

Real hope i can 0 rate on this，my order took me 20 mins for waiting，and ironicly，the poster hangs on the wall said “save time”.

Gave me full cream cappuccino instead of soy. I'm lactose intolerant.went back inside to get soy and they didn't give me my vanilla shot so coffee was undrinkable. Why can't people follow instructions. Won't go to that one again!

Service has not improved in the last 3 visits, but they did get the order right this time, even if they packed it to go, not to eat in as requested.

Food is good at times but waiting times are way too long i ordered a hamburger and mcspyder and it took 20 mins to make

They never ever have what you want conveniently, as all McDonald's no flavors on the frozen drinks what a joke that's all I wanted on a hot day and make matters worse my pregnant partner orders a milkshake not a thickshake, she was craving a milkshake and got a thickshake, is it me or has customer service standards gone done and its excepted. Pick your act up

Slow service, got my order wrong and had a lengthy wait just to get my order right. Also noticed the amount of orders sitting on the waiting bench going cold.

Very disappointed with the service had to use the dam electronic booking when all i wanted was a Sausage and egg muffin with bacon and the staff kept ignoring me because i didnt have a dam electronic receipt.

This place is good for every one at any situation like who's hurry to have food and go away or who has time to spend with his or her family-friendly nice place to bring your kids as well without any stress on them

Arrived and apparently all the registers were out of order and had to use the machines to order which was a problem because I wanted to order a grill ️ when my food arrived to the table no napkin was given.

They don't want give carer card discounts.which is pretty inconsistant with other stores in Brisbane.

Wish there was something less than a star. Rude and unprofessional staff. 10 people walking around in the kitchen and I waited for 10 minutes to be served and they still didn't care. I walked away without ordering anything. There was no other customer.

Really tired of getting the incorrect order from this store. This time they forgot the apple pie and wrong flavoured drink given.

Once off visit, not a bad maccas. Pretty friendly staff and quick service. It was an evening middles of the week visit.

This store is by far the most disappointing McDonalds store around, shouldn’t expect much from McDonalds but this store really takes it to the next level of not caring about their job. Burnt coffee, appalling customer service & just so disorganised definitely needs a better management team

The last two times I’ve done drive thru they’ve screwed up my order by giving me the wrong burger. I suppose it’s my fault for not doing their job for them and checking to see what’s in the bag

Was asked to wait in the parking bay for 'fresh food', I didn't mind waiting because the chips and nuggets are better fresh. Well what I got was far from fresh, the chips were mainly all burnt and the nuggets were so old, cold and hard they were hard to eat. My cat wouldn't and couldn't even eat them, he now is using it as a hard hockey puck toy 1 star, will not be giving the place another chance, it's happened too many times.
