Very poorly on picking up the phone every time gets the drink wrong can't even make one burger the right way

The 4/5 rating I initially gave them feels like an absolute mistake now. The past two times I visited, there was this one staff member, a girl, whose arrogance and rudeness towards customers were utterly appalling. She not only displayed a dismissive attitude but also seemed outright contemptuous. It's beyond disappointing; it's infuriating that such behavior tarnishes the entire establishment's reputation. I genuinely wish there was a way to rate them a solid zero to reflect the abysmal experience accurately.

Consistently slow. Do not recommend attending on a time crunch even through drive through. Can’t even say it’s due to making fresh food as chips come out soggy and old.

The slowest fast food ever encountered with the added perk of staff errors and consistent low/no supply of main menu items (only acknowledged via scrap of paper near intercom). Oh and molten ice cream - assuming they have any. Where's the manager - throwing shukas in Hawaii?

Sadly, for a few days now, NO drinks or ice cream available. Not even water. And signage was not up to date so was a waste of time going through drive through

I purchased two takeaway Filet-O-Fish from Mcdonald Calamvale at 678 Compton Rd Calamvale QLD 4109. Came home and opened, We found there have some grey mud things on the burger bun top on both.

These supposed for kids afterschool snacks but now they are very disappointed for sure as everything need to go to the bin. This is very disgusting and also made my kids feeling shocked too!

I have no idea if they are Mouldy or the staff picked up from their greasy kitchen floor, not any interested to find out but its Yuck for sure!

The staff were unfriendly they forgot the chips when we ordered here and then a fly came out of my quarter pounder

Very disgusting. All the tables were dirty. Rubbish all over the floor. Hygiene is obviously not a priority here. I have photos which I have attached. Called & spoke to the manager who used several excuses. Will never go there again.

I went to macdonalds calamvale tonight and i ordered fries it tasted like plastic and the rest of my food was cold

There are so many staffs working, but most of them just stand around talking to each other and do nothing. Some staffs have their friends hanging around from the pickup area, and just chatting. There are so many orders and uber drivers waiting, but average wait time is 20~30 min. Ice cream all melted, food cold, any modifiers made are never done, extra sauced added never put in.

Honestly most staffs don't care, except for a few hard working staffs. It just keeps getting worse and worse.

It's the only place in BNE that doesn't have Mc spicy, and it doesn't have a choice of patties, always getting the wrong food or missing food, this is the worst McDonald's place, good job.

Large one, as u guys can see, I didn’t drink.they didn’t full this cup.then I have to pay large one price for medium or small one

Cheese is hard. The order drink is wrong. The order or nuggets sauce is wrong. The self counter machine has issue cannot print.

Today I learnt your juice is made from a concentrate. Because I just took a mouthful of straight undiluted mix I honestly don't even know how a cup of concentrated juice happens but here we are.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I was there today at 1220… didn’t get my order for 20mins. Granted, it was very busy but the staff were not considerate to customers at all. Tossing food on counter and mumbling order numbers. So many customers were frustrated and confused. Staff Were dancing and clowning around while packing orders. High five’ing their mates out front and appeared to give them preferential treatment when packing orders. One even said to their mate “ur gonna get me fired”… wth is that? My lunch break was almost over and still no food so I tried to check with one of the staff that my order wasn’t lost… her response very arrogant and rolling her eyes as if I was insulting her. Staff needs more customer service training. I won’t be back in a hurry.

Fast food not so fast. Over 30 mins waiting in the restaurant this time, no one bother to call out while my order is sitting at the counter. Seems like I am always waiting in the restaurant for my order. Better do drive thru!

Wrost Mcdonalds to go. Water around 10 mins for order, paid and left without food. Naver going back again Although it's only 200 meters from my house. Also have quite a few previous bad experiences.

Every time that I order Uber eats from there, they mess up my order. I’m getting so tired of it. I spend my money on their food and they can’t even bother to make sure my order is right. I try calling them to tell them the issue, and their phone number is disconnected.that’s really unprofessional and unfair to their customers.

I’ve been shopping this store for many years. Their staffs recently very rude, impatient. Coffee milk sometimes not warm up properly
