McDonald's Calamvale

A standard McDonalds but cant rate it any higher when I go to the toilet & the toilet seat is totally covered in urine.

This Macca used to provide excellent services and food qualities were also exceptional until recently. Bought 18pcs nuggets and only received 10pcs. Bought 2 cheeseburgers and received only 1.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER! Everytime I've ordered there they manage to forget something, whether it be chips, or a whole BURGER. This place WILL get your order wrong!

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to, I do not go to McDonald’s unless I’m in this area. Always get fresh fries, fresh nuggets and fast service too.

Decent fast food but unfortunately, the customer service is disappointing. Some of the staff members are very impolite and speak to customers in a rude manner.

If the staff can’t listen the customer properly there is no need to wear those devices on your head and stop wasting customers time who is paying the order and you ruin his time after taking wrong orders due to inability to listen customers properly. A very bad experience early morning, hate to visit again here!

The staff at this McDonald's are lovely, they are efficient and the standard of food is quite good in comparison to other restaurants. Although having system "resets" at midnight are really inconvenient.

They have missed items in my order about half of the times I've been there. Really frustrating when you get home to find that it's incomplete.

Waiter ask us to wait for 20 mins, and after 30mins of waiting, we went back for buying food. Then they ask us to wait for another 20mins? Really? Like almost everynight system went down? Lol?

Staff are okay but could be nicer,
Fourcourt is always full of rubbish so I'm pretty sure there lot checks aren't getting done properly. Food is okay but there are better quality resteraunts around. And what the hell is with the drive way, that seriously needs a revamp or something because, not only is it going to cause accidents one day its just plain silly the way you have to get in to the Car park.

I like this McDonald's the people that work the are nice, but the toilet are dirty and rotten, completely disgusting.

Ordered thru uber eats and money taken out of my account get a phone call from Uber ears saying my order was cancelled. Rang McDonald's and said I can put the order thru again and getbcharged again cause he can't do any thing about it. Absolute pathetic customer service. And to top it he's a smart arse

This place has always had good service. They are now going to have only self service machines! It is slower and less inviting than proper person to person service. Not happy! I will consider not coming any more.

This place generally gets busy every night between 6.30 and 8pm, depending on your hunger level, be prepared to wait.

The staff didn't have notes for change and gave us lots of coins for the change. I told the manager their staff had miscounted the change. When the manager gave me back my money they didn't even apologise! Nice respectful service That was the manager as well, how pathetic!

If it was possible I would give negative 5 stars, worse meal I’ve ever had.most of it inedible and I had to chuck it out. Might aswell have flushed $30 down the toilet.

I only use the McCafe section. Staff are polite, professional, friendly, and deliver excellent coffee, although I don't use their table-service as it has proven unreliable many times.

Consistently the worst McDonald's in Brisbane. Slow service, it shouldn't take 13 minutes for fries and a Coke to be delivered to a table and when it comes, it's cold. Best avoid the drive through as nine times out of ten the order is incomplete or plain wrong. It looks poorly managed and chaotic. Tables are never cleaned and the service is frequently sullen.

Service wasn’t very good, we asked for fresh chips and they were worse than the first batch we received.one toilet didn’t have toilet paper and the other door wouldn’t shut.pretty disappointed://

The self serve order machine didn’t print out receipt and store manager refuse to print out one. So how the customer make sure the order is correct!
The floor and table is dirty. Never seen such untity store and unfriendly one.
