McDonald's Calamvale

Dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Manager handed us one dirty highchair and told us we had to sort out the other. Didn't offer a cloth to wipe it down.
Self serve screen doesn't have all items on it. So my order took twice as long to process with the assistance of two staff members. Husband's bacon burger was drowning in sauce with very little bacon on it.
Staff wiped table next to us and ignored the rubbish on the floor.
Seats are worn, torn and grubby.
Won't be back.

I always love to bring the kids cos they love the food so much, but I am really worried about the cleanliness of the Resturant.

This Macdonalds is disgusting. It is filthy from one end to the other. Not one table, or chair is clean. Rubbish is strewn all over the floor & resting on ledges everywhere.
There is totally insufficient staff & poor management.
Customers have to clean their own tables & chairs to be able to sit down.
We just came in for two coffees & waited at the coffee counter but there were no staff to serve you. Dirty cups & plates were piled high all over the sink inside this area. It looked like a bomb had hit it.
Mac Donalds management in their omnipotent wisdom (or lack there of-to obviously reduce more wage costs & jobs for people) have decided to install self service portals which do not offer all necessary options and are a ridiculous lack of understanding customer needs.
Instead we had to seek someone out to be able to actually speak to a human to order what we required. In keeping with the state of this outlet we discovered, this staff member was not really interested in serving.
Mac Donald’s have also thrown out the idea of gluten free cakes. So much for the alleged Mac Cafe experience.
Mac Donald’s do not cater for any food intolerances which is a foolish business mistake to disregard such a growing need to incorporate into a food outlet.
None of the ‘food’ choices are gluten yeast or dairy free when at least 25% of the population are now celiac. Oh except for an over expensive & boring salad of 90% lettuce.
If I could have given zero stars would be preferable as they failed on every count.
We will not return to patronise this or any other MacDonalds again

Self service screens does not work properly. Always freezing and not allowing items to be a combo. Tried to go to the counter and yet 4 staff members including the manager just looked at us.

Worst maccas ever i ordered 27$ happy meal and they forgot to give us the large chips so we went back and we showed the receipt and then she just gave me medium size chips and they got really bad attitude im not gonna go the maccas forever.

Nice establishment. Kids playground, mcafe and nice dining areas. They seem to be pushing a lot for the self service columns, which is good, it helps with the flow of things. If not Zhou can still go to the counter.
They also have uber eat from this restaurant.

Staff are polite until a caring supervising parent speaks to STORE MANAGER AND DUTY AFTER CHILD HAS BEEN BULLIED AND SPAT, AND HIT BY OTHER CHILDREN IN PLAYGROUND AND STAFF DOES COMPLETELY NOTHING. NOT HAPPY IF KIDS CAN'T PLAY SAFELY

We never got our full order, again and we had to wait. Poor service and not fast service. Good on you McDonalds.

It was ok, no front counter service and the machine kept playing up. Its ok for my daughter who is deaf, but I do like customer service.

Bought 2 lg Cappuccino.totally burnt! Foul taste! Tasted like combo of burnt coffee & dishwater. Disappointed: (

Pretty standard McDonalds. The restaurant was clean and my food was good. Fries were not as fresh as I would like.

Didnt like the new sytem of ordering and when i canr order at counter and pay with cash i will go elsewhere

The customer service was very good but the food was very bad, ordering a mocha and broncos burgers were a BAD idea. Drink was not warm enough and too much sauce and yeah!

Not impressed. Staff were polite and friendly but the food was not even like warm. The woman's toilet was blocked up with paper and there was poo all down the back of the bowel and on the seat of the 2nd one.
