Today I learnt your juice is made from a concentrate. Because I just took a mouthful of straight undiluted mix I honestly don't even know how a cup of concentrated juice happens but here we are.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I was there today at 1220… didn’t get my order for 20mins. Granted, it was very busy but the staff were not considerate to customers at all. Tossing food on counter and mumbling order numbers. So many customers were frustrated and confused. Staff Were dancing and clowning around while packing orders. High five’ing their mates out front and appeared to give them preferential treatment when packing orders. One even said to their mate “ur gonna get me fired”… wth is that? My lunch break was almost over and still no food so I tried to check with one of the staff that my order wasn’t lost… her response very arrogant and rolling her eyes as if I was insulting her. Staff needs more customer service training. I won’t be back in a hurry.

Fast food not so fast. Over 30 mins waiting in the restaurant this time, no one bother to call out while my order is sitting at the counter. Seems like I am always waiting in the restaurant for my order. Better do drive thru!

I don't usually eat at McDonalds but today I just felt like ice cream. So on my way home I stopped and entered the store to order my mcflurry. Paid but no ticket came out but remembered my number. Waited and waited.they seemed to busy but still shouldn't have taken 20 mins to get my ice cream. A few orders were getting collected after my order. Not sure about stopping for ice cream in the future.

Wrost Mcdonalds to go. Water around 10 mins for order, paid and left without food. Naver going back again Although it's only 200 meters from my house. Also have quite a few previous bad experiences.

A very beautiful one, out of all, a comfortable place for families to have a happy maccas eating day.

Every time that I order Uber eats from there, they mess up my order. I’m getting so tired of it. I spend my money on their food and they can’t even bother to make sure my order is right. I try calling them to tell them the issue, and their phone number is disconnected.that’s really unprofessional and unfair to their customers.

I’ve been shopping this store for many years. Their staffs recently very rude, impatient. Coffee milk sometimes not warm up properly

Loved customer However every time I order something there it’s made wrong I orderd a Cappuccino with three sugars I got no sugars in the drink the other day I ordered a latte with sugar syrup they didn’t even put sugar syrup they just put normal sugar do they really expect the sugar to melt in a cold drink?

the restaurant was delicious! Especially the walls definitely get the sushi the fish was raw so if u dont like cooked fish definitely get the children in the playground there are many of them.

(Somehow my original review from Friday hasn't saved, so here goes again)
We went into the store on Friday 4th June at about 3pm. We used the self serve screen and ordered a large fries and a skinny Chai Latte to takeaway. As we were driving away I thought I would try a sip of my no doubt very hot drink.it was luke warm at best and was nothing more than very very slightly flavoured warm milk. It was not frothy like a latte usually is and there was only the slightest hint of flavour. I tipped it out. The fries were also cold, soggy and seemed like there was no salt on them, we threw most of them away also. Is this store just trying to save the $$ and skimp on ingredients? Either way, lesson learned, there are plenty more McDonald's in the area. I won't be back to this store.

The whole team was consisted of very young teenagers/kids. Barely knew what they were doing and absolute no organising skill what so ever. Some have no manner at all! Almost to a point I would say rude. I have to go back twice because they couldn't bother reading the orders and checking them before they send out the meals. Not a good experience!

Kids liked the playground. But overall it's a small sized restaurant and gets crowded easily. Toilet gets dirty quite easily and the light was flashing (lack maintenance?)

Like all Macas.economical meal.good range of slices/ morning tea options/ beverage choices.play area for kids.close to transport.

- Cold stale chips
- Wrong orders
- Staff yelling at each other
- Lengthy delays and miscommunication

I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but this place needs some work.

Had to let staff know that I hadn't been served- girl meant well and tried but lacked experience with no mentor or guidance from senior staff.
Fries were not fresh- Luke warm and soft.
Gourmet burger was missing sauces, had too much mustard had wrong cheese on it- tasted ok but not usual gourmet style like our usual local store (Shailer park).
Needed senior or more experienced staff to ensure quality control

Nice and clean place with lots of self order machines to avoid queues. The only thing I think can be improved is that the drive thru cars constantly obstruct the car park. I had to wait for the drive thru cars to move on before I can drive out of the car park which is a bit annoying.

Very much dissapointed from night shift staff members, I am an Uber eats driver came to pic up an order at night it was quite store at that time show the order id then waited for more than 20 mins, then asked again about the order, they didn't put through the uber eats order through system, it was very bad and dissapointment, so please make sure about it.
