Friendly and helpful staff, store has a massive variety of electronics, prices could be a bit cheaper

Went to report my sound system fault, at 9am, they supose to call me back but never, 22 midday still waiting

Staff don't bother to serve customers. Had to run round looking for a staff member after being in the store at least 20mins looking for an item. This was on a Monday not even a weekend and hardly any other customers! Noticed other people waiting ages for help too! Then a week or so later the charger no longer works so will be returning it for a refund but probably at another JB HiFi store.

Asked about the features of a smartwatch and was told that I should research it online. So that's what I did and purchased online too. Not from JB though. This is why Australian retail is headed towards a recession.

Staff were super friendly and managed to beat both the good guys and office works on price for my new Oppo phone. JB has time and again beat the competition on price, this is the reason why I buy all my tech there!

Friendly & helpful staff. It's a JB, there isn't much to say. Cheap (ish) electronics, good deals to be had at the right times.

Had a great experience recently purchasing a new washing machine. Process was painless and staff were super helpful.

Horrible customer experience. Went there on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a TV from the catalogue on sale. The sales people on the floor were so busy, lits of customers waiting. The sales person assisted me whilst he was serving another customer and advised none in stock, and neither would he sell the tv if it was in stock because they were poor quality and so many had been returned.

I proceeded to leave empty handed and saw that no-one was lined up at the front counter, so I thought I would ask if there were any other stores nearby with stock on hand. The front counter staff advised I will have to speak to the sales person on the floor and that he was unable to help.surely you're all on the same computer system and can see stock levels at other stores?

Left disappointed and called chermside, who were extremely helpful and had one on display which I could come to see. Chermside was extremely helpful.

Your average JB Hi-Fi Home store. Pretty much your standard JB Hi-Fi but also stocks products such as fridges, washing machines, kitchens etc. Normally I don't like being approached by the staff in store but on this occasion I needed help, unfortunately this was the one time i wasn't approached. After having a look around I found what I was after. Outside of that staff seemed friendly and it wasn't too busy.

Good range and friendly staff. Shared a laugh with the security guard as we watched a lady fail to follow simple helpful instructions and get lost down a single ailse. God help her on the road. All in good fun, and she found her way eventually with a laugh too.
Overall a human experience. Would come here again.

Ordered a pair of headphones and had to call twice for them to tell me that it will come soon but after almost 5 weeks of not hearing from them I went to their shop and they actually had my headphones ready but they never called me to let me know Nightmare experience bad customer service never want to deal with them again

Need more staff on the floor in the tv section, ended up grabbing a guy from the checkout area so I could buy my tv. Other than that, great price and they had it in stock

Service from Nick was so long. I wanted to buy a laptop and he just was no help. So i left and bought a laptop from officeworks

Service is so bad spent $360 waited for service for 20 mins trying to work out which ones to buy. Staff walked past many times no offer for help. Served ourselves worse service ever for a JB Hi
