Well stocked spot away from the busy malls. Staff were helpful and friendly and got exactly what I needed.

Peter, Jackson and Hailey - What a spectacular team indeed! Fault with my phone (under warranty), I walk in, walk out 5 minutes later with an upgrade. Refund processed in minutes. No qualms. I'd recommend JB Kedron any day! Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank you!

Great service inside the store. They knew what we were looking for and took us to it. They even held the items at the counter as we looked at other things. Also they quickly informed us the stores that had other items they didn’t have.

I recently visited the JB Hi-Fi in Kedron, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The store is massive, with an abundance of parking spaces, making my shopping experience stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with excellent assistance. The product selection was outstanding, and I found everything I was looking for. Overall, a fantastic store that deserves a solid five-star rating!

I recently visited the Kedron store looking to buy a TV that I saw online. I asked a staff member some questions about the TV and how long the warranty is for. They answered and said ‘that’s how it is in Australia’ with a bit of an attitude. This comment made me very uncomfortable and I left the store immediately and did not purchase a TV. Prior to receiving ‘assistance’ from this staff member I saw they made a comment towards an elderly man who clearly had a walking impairment that the store closes soon and they should move faster. However it was 430pm and store closes at 6pm. It’s so ridiculous that 4.30pm to 6pm from him sounds like only 1 minute away. I won’t be returning to the Kedron store and am very disappointed as I hoped to not encounter this kind of discrimination from a staff member when looking to make a large purchase in their store. I unfortunately did not get their name but if I did I would have put in a formal complaint about them specifically. I remember his face tho, please contact me if the manager wanna know who is he. Feel sorry for other customers who received “service” from him. Literally ruined our day.

The security person was welcoming. The sales staff ignored me. Ended up going elsewhere and got a good deal.

Would rather go someplace else then have to deal with the old security guard. If I want to be treated like that I'd go to a night club or prison.

Bought a laptop and printer here today and i thank Theo for his great knowledge of all products and his helpful and friendly and professionalism i would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great range of products at competitive prices and professional staff

All the staff I met here were super friendly, especially Josh. He spent nearly 40 minutes serving me and still remained being patient when there is a very annoying technological glitch happening in the payment system. If you want good service, come to JB Kedron.

Big fan of JB hifi. Again, great advice here and they were happy to name where to get what I needed rather than flog me their products. Please keep this up because it makes me trust you and I always go here first for anything electronic/music related. Just need more staff because each customer can take a while

“Security” refused entry for not wearing a mask, when I had a lawful reason not to. He refused to even hear what the reason was. CHO directives (or misinterpretation of said directives) is no excuse for poor customer service.

Guess where I won’t be shopping again…

Multiple occasions at this store (including the latest being today) the customer service is exceptionally poor. Rarely have we found someone who has any skills in customer interactions, and usually find them to be rude, unhelpful and left feeling like you have inconvenienced them by trying to buy from them. We now go out of our way to go to other stores that are further away, due to the poor service at Kedron. Happy to discuss further with Management if they would like further details and hopefully look to improve - noticed we aren't the only ones who have left similar reviews.

We went looking for a TV. I'm not too knowledgable in this so brought a friend. The sales person, Gaz, was very patient and put the specs and abilities of the TV in terms we would understand and gave us personal recommendations on TVs. We were very happy with his work, and we ended up buying a fridge too since he explained the delivery cost value.

At the checkout I saw a male staff member with awesome bright eye shadow (eye crayon from MECCA - I asked)! This staff member should rock on, it was great to brighten up everyone's day! And I was very glad everyone around was supportive. Good work JBHIFI, your staff seem to be happy at work (or at least friendly with customers that it seems very genuine).

Called for some info on phone cases today and it felt like I had to pull teeth to get anything.then I get hung up on when the representative felt like she was done.horrid customer service

Well laid out shop and the young lady that sold us the Fitbit on Mondsy 4 Oct was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with, thankyou for your assistance.

The staff here were very great and helped me choose the right TV for the size of my living room. They also gave me a good deal on the price. Overall good service.

Lady at the checkouts tonight was unintelligent and condescending from the get go. She was useless when it came to my issues. I went straight to Chermside Jbhifi and they were able to help me out, without the bad attitude. The previous reviews of this place were before the very helpful team were replaced with these people. Big downgrade.

Nice shop but the staff had no idea about what I was looking for. I went in to buy a pair of Pixel Buds A series and the tech guy said he hadn't seen them for over a year.

When I told him that they had just been released and were advertised on their website, he pointed to a pair I've wired pair of headphones that comes standard with a pixel phone.

So I drove to the nearest Officeworks and they ordered a pair from their warehouse.

Sorry JB, you missed this sale. I guess you don't really need it given your sales success over the past 18 months.
