I am currently on my 3rd Fitbit Versa 2 and they all stopped working 3 weeks. Last one lasted 13 days. After talking with their staff I upgraded to Versa 3, so far so good.

Bought a Lenovo, ended up crashing over 50 times. Exchanged for another, same issue. Was about to give up then the manager offered me a better laptop for the same price. Just set it up with no issues, didn't get his name but thank you for the service and to Daz as well for helping. Appreciate it

Nice store but service is pretty slow. However, when attended to, I was given great service and matched price.

Not very helpful over the phone when I had a quick enquiry about a product before I head over there to make a purchase (Gaming department). JB Employee wasn't very interested in answering any questions at all.

I was hoping for a better customer experience as I choose to buy in store and this makes the decision easier to go elsewhere and just order it online.

Salesman was both patient and knowledgeable. Delivery team on time and deigned to deliver right to my appartment room.
Faultless service

The hard constant upselling is too much. These guys are tricksters and would put used car salesmen to shame.

Grrst place with friendly staff. I feel like the staff could be a little more knowlegeable hence the 4/5.

Matt in the tech section is disgustingly unprofessional and should have training in customer service again.

The greatness, the wide broad areas of seeing these DVD'S in alphabetically designed nature. Quite a very good set-up. True.

Great range of products, from computers, tv's & electronic gadgets, to CD's, LP's, DVD's, etc. Friendly and helpful staff!

Over crowded and whoever decided that having the checkout at the back of the store is stupid that's cram everything at the front of the store so you have to squeeze pass people and dvd stands really annoying

I had the best service here ever. Amongst all stores I have visited, I would consider here to be the best. Simon assisted us with purchasing 2 phones (originally was only going to buy one) and so kindly and patiently explained everything we wanted to know. Super professional and friendly, would recommend everyone to go and see Simon if they need any assistance at the store.

Visited the store today to grab Nintendo Switch game. We got to the counter and staff couldn't find the game. Young lady at the counter apologised as they continued looking for the game. The store was extremely busy and she tended to at least 10 phone calls whilst I waited. They found the game and she apologised and thanked me for my patience. I work in retail and was impressed by the way the counterstaff handle the pressure of boxing day sales. Definitely recommend this store A+

Solid JB hi-fi store. Much chaos. Generally decent prices - but always check on-line before paying their advertised prices.

Not as packed as Chermside down the road. I bought a keyboard. Chermside had sold out but Kedron had like twenty in stock.

Went in to to xmas shopping and was helped out by a wonderful staff member called Zac. Over in the camera department. Probably one of the most well mannered, knowledgeable and polite staff I’ve ever seen or experienced in retail.

I was looking to buy a new iPad and having done my homework they price matched the best deal that I had found. I was even able to get the 128gb for only $55 more than the 32gb! Staff were friendly, helpful and polite at both North Lakes and Chermside stores, had to collect it there as North Lakes didn't have the colour I wanted. So great job to all at JB Hifi.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. My adult daughter tried to buy a 1200 phone bet wanted to ask a few simple questions beforehand. After ignoring her as if invisible, when she finally got someones attention they were rude and unhelpful. I think you get judged on how much money you look like you have. When I go there, staff fall all over to help. Very judgmental and shallow. I buy online now. I'll check out what they have but you can always get a better price from eBay or Alibaba.

Some staff very rude, I politely asked to speak with the guy in Games etc, to check if they had stock and as i waited on hold for 3 to 5mins the add kept saying about price matching etc so i asked if they would match hervey norman, straight out nope, im like ahhh ok thanks but il go to kedron, who happily helped! Thanks JB. NOT
