I was so impressed by Kavan's service from day one when he listened to my dilemma, formulated a strategy to get the laptop back to me as soon as possible, and followed through with everything he said he would do. I bought a computer recently and it wasn't ready to pick up as promised. As an offer for the mess around I was offered a gift card to show they were sorry. Overall I'm happy with the service.

Brad went above and beyond with his customer service by driving to the Noosa store after work to collect a warranty claim replacement item they had run out of and then dropped it off to Maroochydore on his day off. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Im extremely disappointed. We bought a blender without any manuals with it and the sales lady tols us they will send it through mail. Its been 2-3 months now and we still havent receive anything!

I hate giving out bad reviews, but the fact is I don’t even want to give a 1 star review for my experience. After pre-ordering an Xbox game online, come the release date no one bothered to even contact me, I made 2 phone calls to the store whom both could see the order yet gave me no information and neither bothered to call me back regarding their findings. I’m very disappointed to say the least and have had to go elsewhere to purchase the game. Shame on you Harvey Norman and your staff.

Most of the staff ignore you. Was going to buy a washing machine and 1 staff member served us and then just walked away. I would have bought it but not happy with the service this time and before. As we walked out through the furniture department the elder guy once again never even said morning or can I assist you. I will bot be back. Ever

Recently purchased a laptop from this store, couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Shane in the electronics department. Shane’s product knowledge and customer service was outstanding.

Staff were great and friendly.
Alan at the Maroochydore store. In the computer department helped us and went out of his way. Unfortunately they didnt have the stock in store. Then we went to Joyce main and the service was horrible.we still brought what i needed but i wont return there. Its a shame that the same company can own both stores but the level of service is so different. I give alan from maroochydore harvey norman 10 stars.

I was extremely disappointed by the lady on the counter that served us yesterday! She wasn't outgoing and smiling at all. She didn't even offer to put our stuffs in a bag. She wouldn't do it if I didn't ask her too!

Me and my partner always go to Harvey Norman Maroochydore for everything and anything we need every staff member is always so helpful and understanding. Even when we where in Bali and my partners phone was stolen, before we were even back in Australia Amon had started looking at what options he had available as soon as we got back we where In store and my partner was able to upgrade his phone, Amon made this process really easy and we would just like to say thanx!

I wish to say thank-you very much Kavan for the fantastic job done on my computer. In the past I've used mobile guys and was reasonably happy. For some reason I decided to try harvey norman this time and I'm glad i did. My computer has never run faster but best of all the pop ups
have gone. Thanks very much.
