I had a great purchasing experience with Bruce for a dishwasher and Justin for a TV, these guys had a broad range of knowledge and made the process run smooth and simple. I believe I was in and out within 15min if that with all the information I needed. Off to the warehouse we go!

One of the Worst store i have shopped. Very poor customer service. Selling unsealed faulty products with assurance it will work. When returned back to store very hesitant to refund or replace products.

Very helpful and understanding, they go above and beyond to help. We would very much recommend this store. Especially with insurance quotes.

We just bought a rug and are so happy with the range, the service and the ability to return it within 24 hours if it didn’t suit our room. It did suit, and is just perfect! The range is better than what we’ve seen in other stores, and the presentation of the rugs is great.

We also bought carpet earlier this year, and the service was exceptional. We needed helping choosing both the rug and the carpet, and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpet choice was perfect, and installation was quick and professional.

Awesome experience. Thank you to the sales guy in the laptop section. Went over and above. I would recommend this store

He and others that provided technical advice so that Norton was not going to double charge us, many thanks. I am totally satisfied with my experience at the Maroochydore store (again, as always)

A good Harvey Norman store, well stocked and knowledgeable staff, beat the price at Joyce Mayne so got a good bargain, wee use again

We have had helpful assistants in HN Maroochydore, eg Justin in TVs, but today we left rather disgruntled about Jake's manner- no smile, little eye contact, I pushed for extra discount on a fridge/freezer, given that we've spent $12k in the store and delivery had been free until recently. I ended up apologising for asking him to ask his manager! We also bought an oven plus instal- no discount. We all have grumpy days, but this was unnecessary. Will check out Good Guys next time. They might appreciate our custom more.

Had a lovely experience with Hardick I believe his name was (may have remembered this wrong) - very kind, patient and helpful.

Staff are always so helpful. Hardick in computers is the go to man if you're after information or equipment.

Borderline impossible to get refunds on a faulty product. Chayton in particular was completely unhelpful and I will be escalating the issue to the ACCC.

The Tech Guys deserve a big pat on the back, late sunday arvo arrived with the truck gps l purchased Saturday ti use on my new driving job on Monday. Could not for the life of me pair it up totally with my phone, tried for hours. So brought it back thinking it was me, turns out to be the app. The staff worked thru with out any problems to assist me.once again thank you!

I went to morayfield Harvey Norman to purchase a Mac M1 pro computer, he was polite and honest and searched every where to find the product. Told me there were 6 at Maroochydore store. I Drove 45 minutes to buy this product. When I approached the sales person and said what I was after he mentioned they had none I said the other store said you have 6 he said oh they just came in. I mentioned I wanted a wireless mouse he said they had none. I wanted a printer, he seem to try to up sell to the most expensive product, so I said I’ll do some research first. We then walked back to his computer to do the sale for the computer. He looked up the product code and went to get it from out the back of store. When he returned he tried to push product care explaining if you get 4 years and the battery goes below 80percent they will replace the computer with a new one this seemed far fetched, I mentioned $1000 is a quarter the price of a new one and there is already a warranty on the product. If there was an issue with the battery I could take it to apple product care. I then declined the product care. Now this is where it gets weird he grabbed the box looked at the computer and said this is the wrong product and walked out the back. Then stopped to talk to the returns desk on they way back. I questioned what was wrong with the other box and he mentioned it was the wrong size. I then said this was strange as soon as I declined the product care he had to change the item in front of me. I then declined the purchase. I have now had two negative encounters with two different stores Maroochydore and Rothwell and I will not return to those stores. They have now lost $7000 or more in sales from me due to these weird sales tactics. I’m now going to spend my money with your competition. Stop treating customers bad, commission based sales destroys consumer confidence and you will loss more money as your customers have these bad experience and go elsewhere.

Went in to the Maroochydore store and was greeted by the very friendly Kim who was very helpful in assisting me to choose the best vacuum cleaner in my price range she was able to accurately recommend and give me the best deal possible on the right product, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable thx Kim
