Great Customer Service!

Called our local Harvey Norman with an order we had a little trouble with and basically was told we would have to cancel and order again and that they couldn't help us!
Called Maroochydore Harvey Norman and the gentleman (unfortunately I can not remember his name) basically handled it then and there in under 5 minutes.

Had dealing with Josh, Trina and Adam and all very helpful in the Purchasing, knowledge and helpfulness.

We had a Miele washing machine that died (after 19 years) so we wanted to buy a new one. Went to Hardly Normal and paid for the new machine, installation and disposal of the old machine. We had to wait a while for delivery and install, so went to laundromat in the meantime. That’s OK. But… when Miele came to do the install - the first thing they said was “we can’t install it on a plinth”… So I said; “so what do we do”? Even though there was already a Miele machine on the plinth. Hardly Normal was supposed to tell me this…So, we could destroy the cupboard, remove the plinth and she’ll be right!
So, I phoned Miele and got a refund for the install and installed it myself.
The other option was to keep going to the laundromat and wait for the delivery of another make (from another retailer) …

I would like to acknowledge not only a very pleasant shopping experience at this store but exemplary customer service from Aaron. Aaron went out of his way to ensure he attended to my enquiry, was so knowledgeable and has such a pleasant manner. Such an asset to have on your staff. Big shout out also to the friendly staff on the front counter. I will certainly shop at HN Maroochydore in the future. Very happy customer!

I am so impressed by the service i received today by the lovely Rachael. From the moment she approached us. Rachael went above and beyond, she listened and offered solutions to help match my needs. The patience she had was outstanding and the information she continually offered helped us to make the right choice. The experience i had in store today was something i very rarely receive and i look forward to returning when furnishing the rest of my house.

I had the worst experience with the delivery system here. I waited for the washing machine and refrigerator delivery and they came later than the scheduled time. And they threw the washing machine in the house without unboxing or installing it because it wasn't written on the invoice and just left. I paid for the delivery fee, but the conclusion was that I installed the washing machine. I'm determined not to use Harvey Norman again. Everyone, be careful. If I order delivery here, I just throw it in the house.

I bought carpet from Harvey Norman so I got a sample of carpet colour much it then they installed it to find out it was the wrong colour from the sample so now I have to live with it. Costumer service was treble never rang me.

To expensive and you have to pay an extra $50 to set up your furniture. All the other shops do it for free.

The click and collect guy was so useless and disinterested in his job, let's down an otherwise decent team.

Horrible experience at Harvey Norman Maroochydore paid for them to hold goods they messed up twice with huge customer service errors and expect me to go out of my way to fix it for them during the confusion that they caused not happening I'm autistic & have dyslexia shouldn't have to fix their mistakes definitely won't be doing any future business with their franchise would honestly have better luck at customer service at a day care run by children.stay clear from this store and price match elsewhere 100%

Purchased a TV, dishwasher and coffee machine. Enjoyed friendly expert assistance from all staff.

My son went in to purchase a camera he had in mind for making videos and he was talked into a more expensive product, only to find out it was not suitable for videos so the salesperson did not listen to what he was after. He went in to exchange it an hour later and was told he had to wait for the salesperson who sold it to him to swap it over. He waited over 30 minutes (I was in the car) while the salesperson was doing a full sale with another customer. When we got home the camera was missing the battery after the salesperson purposely looked in it and told my son it was inside the camera, so basically lied to him. I phoned up to contact the store to notify them and no staff were able to take the call in that department. The lady in admin was very helpful but this is where it ends. This is not the only time we have heard your store has been involved in poor customer service and rudeness and if I knew my son was going here to purchase something, I’d have told him to go elsewhere. There are better customer experiences at other local stores.

I’ve bought an apple watch online for $559 and the stickered price on the watch was $539 when i picked it up from Maroochydore store. However, the watch was faulty and would not come on. I ended up contacting apple and after troubleshooting they simply mentioned to return the watch to store. When i went to the store the staff confirmed that the watch was faulty and but they said will troubleshoot in 5 mins. Later, he came out he said it will take an hour. Than i spoke to the manager he said it will take more then two hours. This is when I mentioned them that I was flying overseas the same day. I even asked that i was happy to swap or upgrade the version but they weren’t listening it. I later contacted Apple Store and they mentioned it should not work the way Harvey Norman is trying and they even contacted the store on my behalf. This is not the service I would expect from the store like Harvey Norman. I am certainly not coming back or recommending to anyone. If i have negative stars i would give them.

Couldn't get any serivce. Found what I needed and left. From I did see there was a lot of stock available on shelves and the store was neat and tidy. Stock in boxes are not placed near stock on display, makes it harder to locate things.

We bought a new Plaza Lounge from Harvey Norman recently and the service provided from Dean and Steve was exceptional. The lounge was quite difficult to install and they drove out to our home and ensured it was safely and carefully placed. Two very happy customers - we will definitely be returning. Thank you! A good selection of home appliances, computers and peripherals, TV's, indoor and outdoor furniture and flooring. The sales people in all areas were helpful.

No idea this mob, cant even organise an email with pick up details.happy to take my money though.
