Thank you to Pat in the small appliance department. I phoned the store to explain the problem we were having with a faulty iron. He gave me the number to call for the process of a warranty exchange, this happened quickly once in the store. Couldn't be happier with the smooth transition. Recommend to look for Pat for efficient helpful service

Just literary walking out of the store after looking to buy a coffee machine and being confronted by a sales girl who was nothing but rude and argumentative. Time in store 2 min.

Undeserved 1 star. After dealing with Harvey Normans for all my household needs over the years, I can no longer recommend them to anyone. We visited Maroochydore to buy a computer and got convinced by your salesman to change our phones over to optus while we were making our purchase. Big, big mistake. This was done in April and we never got our full service from optus due to mistakes from both companies. We have 2 mobiles, a landline and internet. 1 phone would work then stop, the other would start, then stop, never got our landline working which is extremely important for contact with my 92 year old mother. This is unacceptable from 2 big companies. We will not deal with them again, we are currently over $2000 out of pocket now with charges. Very bad for a 1 income (part time) household. Sorry Harvey Normans, you ended our relationship on a sour note.

Need the best phone plan to suit you. Need electronics. Ask for Ben. You will walk away with what you did actually want and satisfied.

Staff were great, items in stock but it was an arduous trip to find the warehouse. Would probably put us off using again just for the trip to try and get to the warehouse.

Had an issue with purchasing a TV & sound bar under warranty at Joyce mayne. Spent 3 hours there for no result. Rang Harvey Norman & spoke with Justin & he got me on the right track. Transfer of my store credit, had all the paperwork done and dusted, I paid the balance & was home again all within 45 minutes. Fantastic service! Thank you Justin!

I recently purchased a bedroom suite from here and dealt with Michael, who has reinstated my confidence back into salespeople, nothing was too much trouble, from him lifting side tablets and placing against different coloured walls to listening to what my needs were for the suite I was looking for.
Salespeople are the reason, customer's either do business or don't, and Michael was the reason I purchased from Harvey Norman Maroochydore, his knowledge and positive friendly attitude was just like a breath of fresh air.

The Team members within electronics and phones are so knowledgeable, you'd think they had PHD's in the subject of the brands and devices which they sell. Very good efforts are made to be up to the minute and extremely knowledgeable about everything that is important to Buyers.

Just a quick note to say the contract drivers for Harvey Norman Maroochydore are fabulous.they delivered a washer and fridge today, on time.and didnt mention a word when it was a 3 storey walk up delivery AND removal of existing fridge and washer.worth paying the extra for pick up and removal.well done to Harvey Norman for employing efficient positive drivers.and Kyle in Electrical.thanks for assisting in exactly what I wanted at the best price and ensuring it was available on time! A little bit of communication about where the warehouse is would go a long way, it's not on site and they make it sound like its on site. I got told to come pay & pick up a TV, when I got there they said the warehouse is at Kunda Park which was news to me. I don't see why I even had to come into the store to pay when I would have just paid over the phone and went straight to the warehouse? What a waste of my time.

I bought two recliners and found one of the recliners leather seating was creasing.
I mentioned it to the Harvey Norman staff and they contacted the manufacturer and had the problem recliner sent away to be fixed.
All good now and no cost to me.

I've relied on this branch to help me fill out my new place in the last 6 months, and I've always been helped by Ashleigh Knight with anything from TV's to Dyson fans. I've always found her knowledge in the products and her overall professionalism have made my decisions both easy and tailored to my needs. Her assistance alone is enough for me to continue to shop at this branch. I'll be heading back in the next couple of weeks and I'm hoping Ashleigh will be able to hook me up with the perfect new FridgeFreezer!

Bruce Simmons supported us with the purchase of electrical goods from Maroochydore Harvey Norman. His customer service qualities were outstanding and we will definitely look for him as our contact for future purchases.

Paid over $2000 for a HP Notebook from Harvey Norman about 16 months ago. Had continuous trouble with the machine. First fix was by the store but as it was needed to be used on the road this is difficult - what does the staff member use while they take a week to look at it? Next time we were referred to HP to fix on site. Several problems, replaced hard drive, graphic card and other parts - should have replaced machine but refused to and Harvey Norman would not support us in demanding a replacement. Machine supposedly fixed after another trip to Harvey Norman and left for two days. Two months later similar issues have not shown up again - screen turns white or green! Harvey Norman said we have to deal with HP? Avoid HP and Harvey Norman - they take your money but no back up!

I would like to publicly honour Bryce from the Technology department here. He seriously went out of his way to help me with my MacBook purchase today, and 100% changed my perspective of the "old people" culture I used to have about Harvey Norman. He's single-handedly made a very loyal customer out of me, and I would be happy to visit this store for all my future technology needs. Thank you for showing the world better alternatives to the likes of JB Hi Fi.
