We got a washing machine, television, aux cord and nutri bullet from here.they were able to give us a bit of discount for buying multiple things.we paid for our washing machine to be delivered and on the day of delivery I waited all day and called around 2 hours before the end of the day to see where the washing machine was.the first two people who answered weren't helpful and said it wasn't their responsibility however the third time the staff member kept me on the phone and I could hear him calling all the trucks individually which I really appreciated.unfortunately there was a system error so our washing machine wasn't even on a truck to begin with but the staff member made sure that it was to be delivered first thing in the morning before I had to leave for work.

Well organised and clean store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Deejay for your great customer service.

Visited Harvey Norman Everton Park to buy a laptop. I had a look and had to wait 20 min for a sales clerk to tell me that the laptop I wanted was sold out even though they had a display and the website said they had stock. To get service I had to track down someone as no one was in the computer section. I ended up travelling to Aspley where I got quick service and the laptop I wanted.

After investigating online at myriad options, I went here to search for a new fridge amongst other items. Bree was a knowledgeable, DTE and approachable person with impeccable understanding of what I required, given my circumstances of needing a functional near commercial freezer/refrigerator. A very competent salesperson and she is whole heartedly recommended to prospective customers in the electrical white goods area of the store.

Great service as usual at the Everton Park store! Bought a soundbar that emitted a high pitch noise and the HN team replaced it with a new one which is working perfectly. The store also price matches and staff are always friendly and helpful. Great store to support.

All the staff in the Computers section are skilled, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly and deliver great customer service. Would reccomend them highly to all.

Abysmal sub-contracted delivery drivers. Delivery between 1030-1230. Got a call at 1222 saying they would be another 40 mins. Got the street wrong, had to correct them, didn’t shake hands or be polite upon arrival, no apology for cutting into my time, were arrogant whilst moving it into my house. No talk at all when leaving after I signed for delivery. No people skills at all. Manners go along way and they certainly didn’t have it.
