I bought a leather couch, accent chair, 2 artworks and outdoor furniture from here.
The couch and accent chair where perfect. I couldn't fault either of them.
The outdoor furniture was painfully delivered as a flat pack that I had to put together by hand. When I am paying the price you pay at Harvey Normans, I don't want to have to also assemble the furniture myself.
The artwork had mites inside of both of them under the glass, on the artwork. I sought a replacement and the replacement also had mites inside of it. They said that they don't have any other stock in Australia. So I asked for a discount on the damaged product as I loved that piece particularly. They only offered a small pathetic 5% off. I wasn't Impressed.

UPDATE: The response from the owner below lead to nothing. I went through the "Contact Us" page and left multiple messages, all with no response.

Bought Kitchen appliances. Great service by Salesman Michael in appliance department. Highly recommended for good deal.

I've been going to HN at Everton Park for many years now, it's scary to think just how much I've spent there! On the bright side, I've always received good service at the time of purchase, and good after sales service if there's ever been a problem with the product.

Great staff! From the showroom floor to the warehouse guys, they were excellent! They showed us all of our options and even helped with our screaming toddler.

At Harvey Normans to get a new printer. Staff very helpful and I have a new printer within my budget.

We have purchased two lounges through Harvey Norman EP now. Both times the sales staff were great to deal with. In particular I would like to say thank you to Brandon - we had some dramas during manufacturing and then importing with one of the lounges, both issues outside of HN control. However Brandon kept us well updated, and handled the situation very well. Great communication!
We will definitely keep buying through Harvey Norman EP while we live on the northside.

Great service from the staff in the electrical department, we were there on a busy Saturday morning, the staff member took his time and explained all the functions of the washing machine my elderly parents in law were looking at. He never rushed them or tried to rush the sale. Was really refreshing to get some good old fashioned service for a change.

Terrible service. Waiting 7 weeks for my laptop to be repaired and still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

$2k Bosch washer arrived with faulty hose at 3pm. Ayeisha (forgive me if I misspelled) in Washing and Electrical arranged for a replacement hose from a machine on the showroom floor and had it resolved in under 3 hours.su-mfing-perb.mandatory raise next performance review

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It took them 2 weeks to look up a serial number and find out if my laptop was in recall. They only finally looked it up after many phone calls of asking what was happening and a desperate plea to repair it as I need it for school. It's been 7 weeks now and I still don't have my laptop.

There are better Harvey Norman stores nearby, like Aspley. This one didn't seem to really make me want to buy anything.

Went to Harvey Norman to buy a fridge. I had done my research so knew what I wanted. The salesperson was very helpful and managed my sale very quickly and easily I would recommend visiting.

Very poor customer service! Had 4 visits over 4 months to order an item, was told every time they’d ring me straight back, never heard back! Then after complaining, the manager said he’d look after me. He was willing to sell me a different watch at a. ’great price’, Only problem was when I got home I saw there were lots of shops who could beat that ‘great price’ without a sale. My advice, go somewhere else!
