Garden City Family Doctors

This is one of the best surgery I have ever been to. Yes sometimes you have to wait awhile but that's because they don't rush you though.

The doctors of the facility are very good and friendly, However the waiting time just kills me. In last appointment waited for 2 hours with 101 degree fever.got back pain for two days because of those 2 hours waiting on a chair.

Even one star is too much for them. I took my daughter to this place, There was a Doctor whose name is Zahirul Chowdhury, who just keep poking my daughter's cheek. I verbally stopped him twice and then have to raise my hand to block his hand in order to stop him from touching my daughter's face. On 26/03/2018 sent manager email but never got reply. Very Very Very bad experience.

Have been going here for years and doctors always helpful. Sometimes there is a wait but thats to be expected.

Absolutely disorganised. After waiting for 20 minutes after my booked appointment was supposed to happen, I got up and asked reception how long the wait is. The receptionist assured me that I was next to see a doctor. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting and see people being called in that came in after me and were filling in new patient forms.

Dr Sedat is our family Doctor for few years now. He is very caring & very professional indeed. He even volunteers in his country for free to treat people with terminal illnesses.)

Waited 40 minutes to be seen, (booked 11: 10, seen at 11: 50) half an hour later doctor sent me to hospital to have a blood test. Which couldve easily been done there, which the Hospital doctors commented on, as there were several other patients needing to be seen, with much more drastic injuries compared to my needing a blood test. Something that would've needed to have taken an hour and a half at most, turned into five hours.
