Very unprofessional health practitioners. Malpractice and derogatory judgement against LGBTIQ patients take place at here. Also, improper prescription and misdiagnosis is common. Would not recommend anyone to this medical practice.

Came back to here after being recommended to see Dr. Khatree. She is very good. 3 stars because I found receptionist was rude and witness a person being told off when he asked how much longer he has to wait as he was already waiting for 30 mins past his appointment. I would recommend to see Dr. Khatree but beware of the rude receptionist.

Some of the best, most exceptional doctors I have ever been to. Incredibly caring and sensitive. The nurses are outstanding and Debbie (blood collecting lady) who works at Medlab within the clinic is the best I've ever seen. Amazing with children of all ages.
The reception staff are also wonderful and go above and beyond to help. Thoroughly enjoying the Christmas spirit in the place at the moment.

Wait times at this medical centre vary depending on the business ofcourse and understandably unforeseen circumstances. Some days 0 - 10 mins wait. Sometimes an hour. For people complaining about the wait time - what on earth do you expect. You are waiting to see a bulk billing AKA FREE Doctor. You don't want to wait? Good, go to a Doc that will charge you $65+ for 10 minutes. Wait times never bother me because I can simply call up ahead of time, see how the Doctor is running, and arrive at the estimated time. If I need to wait, there is an entire shopping centre to walk around to kill time.

Dr Seedat is amazing. He cares for my family and I so well, is great with the children. He doesn't brush things off and I am so glad that he values proper care over keeping to strict schedule. The reception staff are nothing but professional and sweet even though they spend all day dealing with late patients.

Staffs are not friendly and some case rude. I booked as a 1st patient but they change it when I called them to know the time. So as usual I have to wait long.

Waiting times are unbelievable and ridiculous.
What the point accepting booking and making us wait 40mins plus

For treatment options, support, respect and being treated like a person, I strongly recommend this medical clinic. From the very friendly ladies at the Reception who are most helpful and long suffering to the various Allied Health professionals who visit for treatments including physio, podiatry and diet; there's a reason 4 generations of my family have been patients at this one clinic.and why I would prefer to travel 30+ minutes for my health care appointments every fortnight.

Management should change standard consultation time to more than 10 minutes as I am always waiting for a minimum of 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Today I booked an appointment for 4pm and it is now 5.30pm and I still haven’t been attended to. Today is definitely my last appointment at this surgery, never coming here again.

Made an appointment for my partner at 11: 40.saw doctor at 12: 40. Wait time is ridiculous and seems to be standard by the looks of it. REDUCE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF BOOKINGS IF THE STAFF CAN'T HANDLE IT.

I just got my blood taken with Debbie in pathology, I was very nervous and she did a fantastic job at calming me down and giving me a painless calm experience I can’t thank her enough she is an asset and I’m definately going back to her for future pathology needs

Worst medical appointment I’ve had ever!
Waited for nearly 2 hours and doctor talked to me for 3 minutes. The doctor was irresponsible and rather rude. I saw other bad comments about the same female doctor who works on Saturday. She did not even take a look at the medical history I’ve compiled and brought. Kept interrupting me in a rude way. Asking the same question which I’ve answered a few times (means she didn’t even listen at all).
What’s worst, she simply told me that I am not entitle to having the check-ups that I need and have been undertaken regularly for few years in QLD and VIC. I was shocked but still try to communicate nicely in order to figure out why. She wouldn’t tell me why but instead started saying - “you can’t have this here, here is Australia, not your country” for several times which finally upset me so much as it had no basis and discriminating. I saw a note in the reception stating that patience should not be rude and aggressive to doctor. I sincerely think this should apply the other way around.
Very disappointed and angry. I saw othe doctor and got treated nicely.

I have been visiting this clinic for last 6 months. I am full time working female and I m glad to find a female GP Dr Malik on weekends. From my Pap smear to ongoing management and most importantly to discuss all female issues and even mood swings. She referred me to specialist privately which helped me a lot as no other GP in past offered me. I suffered from worst acne and no one ever offered me to see derma. Waiting time in clinic is more but in other clinics like Brown Plains / Kuraby / Underwood it’s 3 hours so it’s better than lots of other clinics. She listens to your issues, she is knowledgeable that’s why she is always booked Out with no appointment left at all. Literally she is Fully Booked on Weekends. Everytime I come especially On sundays She has full On waiting room. I once was in consult for 20 mins but I book appt for 10 mins. Even she didn’t rush me out despite a full waiting room as I have things to discuss. She talks clearly and is professional and very thorough. Few times I saw men coming out room swearing which I understood needed tablets which She refused. I told her U are so brave to say No She replied U learned to say No with time. For working class people the weekend clinic is good. Reception staff is polite.

Had to wait over an hour for a repeat prescription that took two seconds even when I had booked an appointment. Receptionist was friendly.

Extremely rude doctor who told me that she did not have time to look at a second ailment that I had because they were running behind. This is after an hour of waiting for an appointment that I booked in for so that I didn’t have to wait.

Everyone has the capacity to do good, though they do in fact need to be given the chance to do so. When we choose to abuse people, whether it be our children or just a receptionist attempting to do their job, we often give them a choice - they can either give in to our demands and therefore our abuse or do the opposite. I think it goes under labelling theory, treat someone like an animal and they'll act the part.

My point is that you aren't ever going to get anyone to do something by insulting them and that maybe you should fix your own house before tearing someone else's down.

I had an appoitment with Ayesha Malik at Garden City Family Doctors and I have received a really poor client service, she was rude and unprofessional, she did not do any examination even that I let her know I was really worried about my pain. She said she was not there to do Examinations different to a real emergency, and asked me to go to the hospital, because it was on a weekend and she could not give me even an order to do any tests to check what I had.
Finally she did not give any answer about my question, because she did not even check my body
