Wasting alot of your time, waiting waiting for 1 and half hours just for getting your test results. I never recommend any one to go this clinic

I am very satisfied with seeing Dr. Chowdhury for my medical appointments. Lately, it has been a bit difficult to make appointments as his clinic days have become limited.
However, the receptionists always do their best to assist me. They even suggested phone consultations when the visit timing doesn't work out. Unlike typical receptions that can be impersonal and cold, this place feels friendly.

Everyone that I have dealt with at Garden City Family Doctors have been extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Anwar Seedat, especially is a wonderfully kind and caring doctor.

The Garden City Family Doctors continue providing the supports for patients. The change on the mix billing has been explained very clearly by the receptionist. Doctor has answered and helped patients to the road of recovery.

Waiting times are unbelievable and ridiculous.
What is the point of accepting booking and making us wait 40mins plus

Its been almost 11 years we been visiting Garden city family doctors, we naver had any issues, reception staff has very good communication and reminders. We been seen by Dr Seedat, whoes very professional and kind.

It was a really bad experience.spicpecially a receptionist. I went to check up and collect my report and these reception even they not busy start bully the patient. I never had this experience. First and last.

First of all reception, the receptionists need to learn what basic manners are. They can even get the appointment wrong when I was there in person to make that appointment. They are rude to most people from what I observed while sitting there as the doctor was half an hr behind schedule (which by the way is all understandable). When one of their friends (I would assume it would be someone they know or even work there because that person wasn't in uniform but went behind the counter) they chit chatted and laughed loudly. And I have a follow up visit the next week, the same thing, they are chit chat loudly and laughed loudly. Compared to the clinic that my kids visited, if I were allowed to give no stars that would be my choice. I would never go to the clinic unless I don't have a choice. It's just horrific. If I were to behave the way they had at work at the reception, I would be given a stern warning.

My 6 year old daughter was very nervous to receive her vaccine. The nurses were amazing, they were cheerful and distracted her with chatting and a glow stick! In the time it took to put the glow stick on her wrist the needle was done and the Band-Aid on! Well done and Thank you.

One of the doctors here have an ATROCIOUS attitude. My friend has been dealing with endometriosis for years and was turned down for treatment by being told that they were a drug seeker that's faking their symptoms and that they are lying about their periods. She doesn't smoke or drink and is an overall straight edge person, and the doctor's response to that was to roll their eyes? Judging by the other bad reviews left by other customers this isn't their first time they have been antagonizing people who have just come seeking for help. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I am SHOCKED by my experience. Firstly the appointment didn’t start till an hour after, even after politely asking about 30 mins past the booking how they were running with a response of “you’re next” (even though about 5 people went after this comment) once in my appointment I had asked for my REGULAR prescription and was straight up denied. I hadn’t seen Dr achamma regularly in the past but for her to completely shut down my request for a subscription I have had my whole life and is on file AND point me in the direction of something you can get over the counter was laughable and rude. The receptionist were spatially unaware considering they had a room full of (quite irritated) sick people laughing and being incredibly loud. There was an elder lady waiting before me and when she went to the reception they literally said that they didn’t know she was there still!

Dr. Sayeem Chowdhury at Garden City Family Doctors is a very good doctor. When you tell him your discomfort and seek his medical advice, he always patiently explain the possible reasons for the discomfort in a lay-person-can-well-understand way, and provide you with evidence-based solutions. One of the best GPs I would highly recommend!

Wow this is literally the WORST clinic I've been to.
I'm not the type to leave reviews and critique peoples customer service skills. But I really hope if the owner reads this, they'll learn to train the receptionist to be more friendly. Even over the phone, the lady had an attitude.the doctor I met said some very insensitive stuff about my personal life and choices and was not helpful at all with my medical issue. She confidently said I have STD or pregnant, which I know for a fact is not true. She then tried to act like a therapist with me and question my habits of smoking and asked me personal questions, which a doctor shouldn't be caring about. She was more concerned about my personal life than the actual reasons I came to the doctors.
Anyway, I took some blood test and booked a phone appointment with the doctor to hear my results.
The doctor never called, so I rung the clinic and book another phone appointment for next week. They still didn't call back!
Why is it so hard to stick to your appointments, why have a phone appointment option available if this clinic is going to be so unprofessional and
I have gone to a much better doctor and I highly recommend everyone to avoid this clinic. The receptionist and doctors are all quite rude and off putting.

Literally wasted my time with the appointment. Went for flu like symptoms got prescribed nothing, no covid test or anything just take lozenges. Should of just gone to the chemist

I I would like to say a big thnx to the staff and doctors and especially dr chaudry jnr. I had a little problem with my heart and a big problem with my diabetes about 6 weeks ago but with the help and guidance of dr chaudry jnr I have been able to turn my life around so once again thnx heaps. Fantastic, caring, compassionate yet stern when necessary. Staff and doctors I see are wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough.

For all of you impatient complainers, this is a doctors surgery not a restaurant. These doctors and nurses are working hard to cure peoples illnesses and make us all feel better. An extra hour out of your very valuable day.is that so bad? I have been a patient at this clinic for over 15 years and sometimes my waits were longer than others.so what? I have had exceptional treatment and help with my cancer and back problems so I don't mind waiting to get this service, my life is more important than getting somewhere else an hour earlier. The staff here are amazing and spend the time to help you through a difficult period.
I have nothing but praise for them.
