Services are always good. Some of staff are really good with customers. Choose staff. Their after service is great. My favorite place to buy any.
Organised and efficient system set up making much go smoothly (delivery system). Great customer service and furnature quality. We bought a new matress and it's heaven. The guy who sold it to us knew what he was talking about and refered us to what suited our needs the most.
First time coming here today to get some headphones.ended up leaving with the newest iPhone and everything to go with it haha.talk about upselling! The guy that helped me today (Anthony) is a real asset to the team at Domayne Really great customer service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and are happy to help. So good to see, unlike places like JB Hifi where I usually find myself doing laps around the store in a rage looking for someone to help!

DON'T CHANGE TO OPTUS - worst deal ever - still waiting after 6 weeks for internet to be connected. I was with TELSTRA and was sold an OPTUS change over by your Store. Worst decision ever

Absolute joke of a store. Got coerced into signing a contract that OPTUS had to release me from.got no support from the store, nor any help. Company has been reported to the ACCC
Got new phone not happy Jan, took 2 days before operating and a number of calls both to telstra and optus. I was without a phone for 2 days. Missed out on work and money.
Excellent service and Chris the Electrical Manager (from Bundall) gave us a really good deal on our fridge, he was so helpful and patient nothing was too much trouble, we got free delivery and they took away the old fridge at no charge
Michael in the computer department (Bundall) was very helpful. I am technologically challenged and appreciated his advice and product knowledge. Customer service was superb and I am thrilled with my new laptop and accessories. We'll be back for sure. Thanks guys!
Appalling and disrespectful service from the Franchisee (David) in the Bedding department. He has no respect for people, after repeated calls leaving messages to contact me back, not once has he attempted. This must be a trait with all Franchisees of the Harvey Norman Group, they are all the same. Absolutely Disgusting!
I have to say. I was very disapointed. They used the oldest trick in the book, up selling. When I went back to try and get my money back. No one was interested. BAD customer service, really bad advice. You put your trust in people. DO NOT. Rather go to Goodguys or JB hifi. I will never buy from them again, and I will tell all my friends never to buy from them again. Disgusted.
Terrible service.bought a new tv, had to pick up from their warehouse unpacked tv big crack through the middle of the screen. These things happen but had to pack tv back up then take back the store then take damaged tv back to the warehouse & finally pick up a replacement.not one sorry or concern for the inconvenience caused. Compete disregard for any attempt at customer service.go to Harvey Norman next door
Just ordered a beautiful marble coffee table. The very helpful salesman went out of his way to negotiate us a great deal with his manager Maryanne. His name was Lee. We seem to always end up purchasing from Domayne.
John was great and gave me a good deal, where The Good Guys and Harvey Norman weren't offering anything and pushing to buy what was on the floor and not the fridge I wanted. Got the washing machine for alot less than the other shops too.
Don't buy a apple Mac from Domayne Bundall. I brought a Mac book pro with out the touch bar valued at $2598 can pick them up at JB HI-FI for $1700 or the one with touch bar for $2600.also purchased office home and student $248 and trend micro $298 which Jb Hi-Fi also sell for cheap.be careful shop around buying from domayne cost me an extra $1000 than what JB Hi-Fi would have done it for. But they act kind and throw in a portable DVD writer I guess thats to make them feel good after ripping you off.
Great for electronics, white goods, homewares etc. Price matching. Generally a bit better than HN. Plenty of parking.
Disappointed.sold products in a package we didn’t want or need.the salesperson hid behind Michael the manager and would not deal with us and Michael was condescending and couldn’t lie straight in bed.will never purchase from this store ever again.
13 weeks ago i brought a new samsung tv.it worked for 5 days. 20+ calls to samsung and 2 repairs to still be broken samsung have not rectified the situation. Call domayne back. Frustration instantly depleted when they remembered who i was and told me to come get a refund or replacement and let them deal with Samsung. Weight lifted from my shoulders due too great staff willing to give real customer satisfaction.
