After more than 15 years of wonderful service my Toshiba plasma TV recently gave up the ghost, and I was informed that parts to resurrect it were simply no longer made. So I found myself searching through the range of new “Smart TVs”. (Which seem to cynical me anything but “smart”. I mean, the picture and sound are very impressive, but navigating them is a nightmare initially, especially as you seem to keep landing on Pay TV options. And no manuals on paper any more?)
But what other option is there today?
I visited every TV store in the area over the next days to see what was available, but gradually a “smart” Samsung became the most likely choice. The best early advice came from Thierry at Domayne Bundall. Then I found in two of the big local competitors prices identical to Domayne for the model I settled on (the Serif). And it was $300 more in two further competitors.
But I finally returned to Domayne at Bundall so I could buy from Thierry. But again only, in the end, after a whole lot more questions. Thierry deserved the sale, as his service far outshone everywhere else I’d been. Greatly recommended.

I was looking at purchasing a new sofa, and since the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with great energy from staff. I was asked if I needed help and was shown a big range of Australian made and even Italian made lounges. The manager worked out some prices, and I ended up buying a lounge from them. I’m so happy with my purchase and overall experience with this store and highly recommend it.

Don’t buy anything here. They don’t honour their warranty. Wasted $8,500 on an Everdure BBQ that never worked. They won’t take calls, or fix the problem

Lu Lu was so helpful and nothing I asked her on sizing and information on the furniture and bedding was any problem. Great service from domain from sale to the delivery and assembly. 5 stars.

I purchased a lounge suite within days the fabric was fading and it was pilling to the extreme, I called to return they said no refund just a credit. I didn’t want anything else lounge wise in the store told hard luck. Went back and was told pick something and we can give sake price then use your credit and pay nothing. So I picked something just to get this over with. 4 months later they turn up and then demand another $1600 I’m like no that’s not correct, they call the shop lady on phone says ohh sorry it’s $1700 - $1600 was not including delivery ……. I have been totally ripped off 100% royally ripped. Never never never shop with this company

I got a phone with Matt Taylor in their phone dept. It took a lot more work than expected as i had a business account. It was very complicated but he did it all happily. Was above and beyond effort. Much appreciated.

Thomas. Oh my gosh you have to be this months or every months employer of the month.
So very polite, pleasant and absolutely helpful.
My mother is 90 and wanted to purchase a small, agitator not too expensive washing machine.
Thomas showed her what they had on the floor.
Making sure she could reach to the bottom (mum is 5ft nothing)
Asked her what she wanted in a washing machine
Went away for a few minutes and returned saying he had found her perfect solution.
No pressure selling. She loved what ge had found online that was still to arrive in store.
Explained the machine functions, cost, and services they perform.
Asked if mum was ok getting a tex to say when machine is arriving.
(Very considerate of her age)
Spoke to mum rather than myself, which she appreciated.
Well just cant say enough.

We had gone to Harvey Norman but was not helped at all.
Domayne was a ver pleasant experience, not all flashy with discount signs, messy in layout. Everything looked very impressive and easy to see.
Our new go to store.

We purchased an outdoors dining set and paid for assembly & delivery. The delivery was timely, though one chair was delivered crushed and unusable. Having people over that night, I was really disappointed with the service; I just could not understand how if the dining set was preassembled at the factory, how could it leave damaged, and why wasn’t the chair swapped out prior to leaving the warehouse. I called Domayne Bundall 7 times before the manager called me back, explaining she was in a meeting. Rather than turn the situation around, the manager was angry and gave me an example of how people had waited months for a delivery and the lounge arrived scuffed. The manager also stated that if the biggest problem was having a damaged chair delivered, she could arrange a refund and we would have nothing. After much too and fro, the manager organised a staff member to deliver another chair that evening who took the damaged chair back. Yes, the chair was swapped over, and while the issue was resolved, the sheer frustration of the situation is enough for me to realise that there is a lot of competition and we will never return to Domayne Bundall. I also gave feedback on a survey sent to me by Domayne and no follow up has never occurred. I am still wondering why I paid a preassembly fee for the delivery of damaged goods?

Marie at the service counter was fantastic but the attitude from the sales team is not of any standard I would recommend, I could name names but does not resolve the terrible service

Arif in the computer section was excellent to deal with. Knew exactly what I needed from a brief discussion in what I needed in a laptop for my daughter being in high school. Will be back in the future.

Chrystal was amazing! We had been to three other stores & gone around in circles on the internet. She listened to what we needed & thought we wanted. She showed us a few options, & we landed on the most perfect solution for us. She had just done some training in the brand we bought, so her knowledge was impeccable! The time she spent with us helped us greatly, as we were confused & overwhelmed by brands, prices, features & options. Not only that, we went in looking for just a cooktop, but bought an oven also and will be future business I am sure! Thanks Chrystal, you were amazing! Marlene

Spent over $8000 in outdoor furniture, and after 1 month already mould spots. They even tried to sell us $200 worth of fabric protection after spending so much money. After a few years understand mould can appear but not a month. When speaking with the “lovely” sales persons who wouldn’t let me talk and kept educating on how to clean mould, they laughed when threatened to take the matter further. Poor expensive outdoor furniture and very unprofessional and almost rude customer service. They need education in that area definitely!

Went in to buy a lounge 5 - 8 seater at 3: 05 pm Saturday 26th feb. We must not of looked like we had money as group of 5 staff standing around talking toeach other and we could not get service. Wanted to buy this green lounge wanted to see if we could get in different colour.but zero help. Recommend going somewhere else.

Calling me at 7 am to check if address is correct and delivery comes with faulty TV now I have to lose one more of my 4 days holiday 2 ov them I have to stay home and wait what a holiday first time and advice everyone to be careful thay not professional and not serious at all ruined my holiday Domayne shame on yous

Adam made me have the worst sales experience ever!
I don’t normally write reviews but after that I needed to write that down.
The sale was so pushy that was actually aggressive in the end.
Never will come back to this shop again!
