Hi, is it still under warranty?
my xbox game console bought from your store is not working

Just a week from Christmas and we needed a dryer for the new apartment. After some online research, we headed off to our retailer of choice, but then we saw Domayne! Then we met Tanya, and my, she was so helpful. Had in stock the dryer we needed, and an excellent deal all round, plus next day delivery! Dryer came today and they installed. Absolutely fantastic service!
But the story continues. Our 11yo washing machine had been in storage over 3 months and today died. Tanya to the rescue today with another great deal, and delivery tomorrow morning. And i'm totally confident they will deliver! Domayne.the place to go! And, see Tanya!

Had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.with JOSIE, in the sheet department on the 21.10. Josie had great product knowledge & served me with a smile. If I only could give 10 stars for Josie:) I would.
I bought Bambi pillow cases of her & a cooling pillow case protector. I went back a week later to buy the whole sheet set & duvet from Bambi, unfortunately Josie had the day off but her lovely manager served me & he was very helpful aswell. Thank You Guys. I will definitely shop with you again.

Just received our new TV. Ordered with Oliver, who was fantastic. Found us a great deal, exactly what we were looking for. Also organised delivery for the next day.
We were very impressed.

Wanted to buy a couch today, met with Reza? The manager apparently. Very rude and abrupt said some very insulting things that made me and my husband feel like our money wasn’t good there. Big mistake, that same day we went to Harvey Norman and bought a sofa from them! Learn some customer service skills mate! I hope you get demoted, not fit for the role at all!

This store has a F slow customer service. I bought a set of outdoor furniture one and half month ago and there was a problem with single lounge but still waiting for them to replace it and they keep changing the arrival date and saying I need to wait. Don’t know how long. Even one star is to much for this store.

Excellent customer service. Purchasing with piece of mind knowing you can trust the company and therefore product. I had a problem with a product I purchased December. The assistance with the warranty claim has been brilliant. Thank you.

Fabulous start and excellent prices. We have enjoyed our experience at Domaynes with helpful and friendly staff ensuring that we get the best products along with competitive prices on there huge range. I'd highly recommend them to anyone buying appliances, the layout was great with a huge selection allowing you to compare prices and products from different companies.

Poor and lack of customer service, Sold faulty product which waited more than 6 months, but not able to exchange. They don't deserve even one star.

Marie on the desk is a mixture of a bitter Karen and a Carol from Little Britain "Computer says no". Her service and attitude towards us when paying for our $5k + of items was disgusting. The reason we are rating 4 stars not 1 star is that Michael's service was so good! He spent about an hour with us helping us with all our needs. He is an amazing staff member. Domayne is lucky to have had him for 17 years so far!

Just bought a new microwave from domayne. Not many staff around but when we got served we got excellent and friendly service. Would recommend.

Kudos to Jamie from Operations. Without any hassles or pressure he had our tabletop replaced, delivered and assembled. Domayne was not responsible for the issue so the fact that the replacement occurred without any drama was an impressive outcome. Cheers Jamie

After purchasing all our furniture from domayne we spoke about replacing our couch that was faulty after 5months. They organised leather experts to come assess it which they also believe it to be faulty. Domayne promised to escalate the problem to higher management and now after 5 weeks worth of following up they refuse to do anything about it. The worst experience ever and I would not recommend them if you expect appalling after care and warranty service. Please see photos

My second experience with Oliver Sivasamy in the Domain Bundall shop. Outstanding and a great to deal with, personable and a great deal maker to get us over the line. Only a $4K spend but made it feel like a million. Product knowledge very good and clear direction for us to follow after we had shopped around a little.

My experience with Chrystal T at Domayne Bundall was definitely a 5star service, we purchased a complete kitchen package for our new renovations. Chrystal's knowledge is second to none.
We will definitely be back.

Paid through the nose for a 2012 MacBook charger, but I know that's Apples fault. The staff member I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.

Walking in to get a new S21 today with there big mobile phone sale. After 5 staff sitting arround chatting and no help had to walk out.

Great place to shop and good staff, Anthony is very knowledgeable and will help any way he can.

To be honest it is just a more expensive Harvey norman.
Yes they do have some great furniture that you will not find at other places, so if you want something different then this is the place but for electrical appliances there are cheaper places you can go for the same item.
