Great price on a monitor, but didn't appreciate being interrogated by the salesmen about my phone plan, repayments etc, and about buying expensive antivirus.
No customer support and service delivery.
I am really upset with the communication between the store and the deliveries department.
I have paid for my furniture and for a delivery to be made today. With poor communication between the Domayne staff and the delivery group and myself they decided that my goods will not be delivered.
I have expressed to the employee that I have scheduled time for the delivery and that it needed to be delivered a specific time because I had to book the elevator at my apartment block for the delivery. There where no mentions at the point of payment that it could only be delivered between 10am and 1pm. I would have raised a concern if I new that this was the time for delivery. Keeping in mind that I have paid for this services.
Feedback was that they can only deliver sooner and not at the end of the three hour period. They also mentioned that they would give me a call back to try and resolve my problem. After a third call made by myself I was told that they will not be delivering my furniture anymore. I would need to reschedule for another day. This after I had to take a half days leave and waiting for my delivery in the end wasting my time and money and still not having any furniture.
I was told to relax and that I will have to reschedule for another day. This after spending a lot of money at their store. Where are the days of customer services and a proactive attitude in giving effective customer services? Really disappointed in they way this situation was handled.
After I requested a refund I then was told that they will deduct a further 20% restock fee. I am upset because I did not receive what I paid for. In fact I am loosing money and precious time and I am the one phoning to make arrangements.
I will certainly not buy from Domayne stores again.

Jo was cheerful and helpful and arranged delivery for the perfect time. It's so nice to deal with friendly people like Jo. She made the transition seamless.
Also a big thank you to Storm and Jess for their help as well.
The delivery drivers were so nice and equally helpful installing the new washing machine. I didn't get their names, but one had some awesome dreadlocks.

Thank you to Anthony at the Bundal store and his assistance with buying a new computer. He was extremely friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to assist us. Loved that he wasn't pushy just provided us with all the information in order to make our decision. Would definitely recommend him to others to assist them with their needs.
Rob in electrical was great he knew what he was talking about and gave me a great discount on the purchase of my new Chiq 55" smart tv.
Yesterday we went into Domayne Benowa and was greeted by Jo. She was fantastic!
Not only did she give us all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family but she left us to ponder and not once did we feel pestered.
So often you are followed around unable to talk freely as the assistant is too persistent
We spent over 2 hrs in the store buying everything we needed for our new kitchen. We left feeling happy and relieved that we had sorted it all and made great informed decisions. We felt like we had known Jo for years.
Very one on one service unlike some other stores which just want to rush your buy and get their commission. Thanks Domayne, 5 s all the way. We will definitely tell others about our great experience and great prices
My experience with online domayne & the Bundall store has been my worst experience in buying anything. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, I would prefer not to give any. I understand they had delivery issues but that's not a customer's fault. They don't like to call the customer either to keep them updated about their product. Same with the online service. It has taken the Bundall store almost 3 weeks to finally get another courier service, when they should have done that after the first week. Now I still have to wait until next week for my product. The online manager wasn't that helpful either.
However Hannah in head office tries her absolute best to get any information for you that she can, unfortunately she does not have any authority to get your product delivered any quicker.

Waited to purchase a mac book, only to have x2 other customers, walk in after us and be served before us. Understand they were under staffed but rather poor customer service. Especially when the staff noticed us waiting prior to anyone else being there.
I have mad many purchases here and all experiences have been fantastic. Had one issue with a product and the team made a warranty claim for me, no questions asked. A big thank you to Rosseta and Jamie, great people to deal with.
We purchased an iPad and a coffee machine. The salesman then got very pushy trying to sell us phones we did not want. We wont be back.

Bought a tempur mattress. Thought it would be amazing as it’s suppose to be the best quality mattress there is. We tested out lots of mattresses and decided on the one we bought. The sales lady was lovely but didn’t offer much advice on what’s right for our needs and just let us choose what we liked. After the first night my husbands back was terribly sore. After a couple more nights he could no longer sleep on it and had to get remedial massage and see his osteo. I emailed tempur directly to see if we could swap it and they said contact Domayne. I rang Domayne and asked if we could swap it for another mattress and pay a fee. It was floor stock and we’d used the tempur mattress protector So no different to what they sold us. They said it’s customer policy once u buy a mattress, you chose it and that final. The ACCC consumer law states a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults which is classified as the purchase not doing what is intended to do. I would say causing back problems and not being able to sleep on it Hits that point. The fact the sales lady never offered advice on soft Mattress not being good for back issues, back sleepers or heavier people which my husband is and we clearly stated numerous times, I feel is the fault of Domayne. We may aswell buy online if that’s the service we received. The last mattress we bought the sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helped guide us to the perfect mattress we were expecting the same again. We bought that mattress from a different store though. I’m very dissatisfied with Domayne Bundall spending $3000 on a mattress we aren’t happy with and not having someone professional to help us choose the right one and not having any options to exchange it. Be careful what you choose because a couple hours testing in store is very different to sleeping 8 hours a night on something your stuck with if it’s not right.
I can't thank Jo enough she gave amazing service. I purchased an oven and cook top from Jo she has great knowledge and incredible service. She listened to what I needed and I am very happy with my purchase! If you're looking for great service ask for Jo she will take great care of you!
Was trying out the beds and was looking to buy a new foam mattress and we were told not to sit on the beds not lie where were sitting.
Feet on the ground not moving just sitting.
Wow how do you expect people to buy a mattress if they can't even sit on them.
Prices are way to high so I'm happy I ended up checking out other places because of it.
