Culture Kings Pacific Fair

Went here to pick up some new clothes got there picked up some shorts and then asked for a t shirt in size 2xl. Waited. Waited. Waited. Atleast 30min went past so I walked up to just pay for the shorts they were keeping behind the counter they were to busy having a convo to serve me so I left.

Worst service!
Went in store today to buy my son some 18th bday presents & not 1 person even spoke to me or asked if I needed any help
After walking around looking for staff I decided to spend my money else where
Brisbane CC service is amazing PF don't bother wasting your time or energy as there staff don't.

Customer service is low, unless you're a Male don't expect to have anyone come and help, yet alone speak to you

Sickest shop to keep you looking fresh with the dopest clothes and kicks! DJ was killing it Barber game was on point came in a few days ago and got the freshest cut from Kash at Culture Kings Pac Fair. Cutting skills were on point and had me feeling and looking good, Customer service was second to none. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly i thought i was getting a free pair of socks with the shoes but paid and extra $40 WOW there was also a free haircut with the shoes which were $250 but there was no follow through with that. Music very loud i couldnt here the sales person at times.

Massive shop over priced but good variety over priced compared to other shops that sell same thing ie shoes

Didn't like the bright screens behind the shoes, hurt my head and couldn't see the shoes well. Otherwise cool shop.

Went in the other day to buy a few thing and had the best shopping experience. I got served buy a guy named Adam who was really helpful and friendly would deffientley recommend shopping.

It's a nice shop, however the music is way too loud, I feel if they turn it down a bit you can actually hear. I had a question today and seriously I couldn't hear what the assistant was saying, and he couldn't hear me. Sorry 3 star ratings. Imagine the young assistants hearing would be like over years. It's a health and safety issue I believe.

There where staff all around the store just not much customer service when we left our ears were ringing for ages

I'm totally impressed how they target their market. In store was a pleasure to experience. Totally focused on customers positive experience. DJ was killing it! I didn't want to leave.

Wide range of Culture products that's sure to please anyone, not sure about the extremely loud music though, couldn't wait to leave honestly but that may just be my age so it may appeal too the younger generation

Guy with dyed short blonde hair, tall with I think tattoos was amazing, he sold me the last size of a tshirt that he wanted himself! That’s customer service right there

The music in there is sick and I love the DJs in there there deals are like putting a cherry on ice cream we spent 530 dollars and the guy that served us they brang us a big pack including:

A hat bag that holds up to 10 hats.
A big big big duffle bag thats comes in very very handy.
And 2 bum bags.
Cool socks.
A key card and keys holder.

BEST SHOPPPPPP EVER!

Was looking for a particular shoe and had to strain my eyes because of the bright screen behind the display.
They have this particular shoe on their site but apparently never stock that shoe in store. Yet the site says check your local store and pacific fair shows up.
