Culture Kings Pacific Fair

Dark. Noisy. Overpriced. Like walking through a dark tunnel underground. Bought my stuff at Footlocker instead which was bright, welcoming and well laid out. Paid less too.

DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE! They will will force you to post it back if it's not for you, they will not do a refund instore! They are making it awkward on purpose and you will also have to pay for shipping. I will never buy again from these.

The customer service was excellent. I'm a Grammy so it was refreshing to have a young person serve me with such respect.
The stylish colour and tasteful design decor of Kulture Kings drew me in like a magnet. I really enjoyed purchasing something special for my son.

You’ve been sold out of the same product for over 8 months now. Is it really that hard to restock plain black t-shirts?

I visited this store recently and I got greatly surprised because the staff around were very helpful and friendly, which is something very rare to find these days.despite they shoes I wanted were not available in store they guy who was helping me let me try other shoes so I could make sure they fit all right, and I got my order online which was delivered promptly.

This was my first time going to CK and iv waited along time to finally go to a store, me and my wife wanted to buy some shoes we proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a worker to show up and serve us while they were all around the back, the store was fairly quiet but that’s not an excuse for no workers to be in the store helping any customers, we ended up buying afew pairs of jordan’s to bring home to melbourne with us but overall was a bad experience and i’m pretty disappointed that such a big shop has such bad workers

Brittany & Daniel and their team at Culture Kings Pacific Fair were amazing with my 12 year old boy, when he had the opportunity to shoot in store to try and win the Air Jordan's. We were travelling from NZ and the customer service was 10/10. We have a very happy 12 year old who will never forget the fun he had! Thank you guys for being so awesome:)

I needed an outfit for a boat party this weekend and thought I would pop into Culture Kings Pacific Fair. I was greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Anderson. He suggested many outfits for the occasion and ended up spending more than I thought I would. Would recommend this store to anyone, excellent customer service and friendly young staff.

We were on holiday from Melbourne doing some shopping on my birthday, when my eldest son wanted to pop in to Culture kings Pacific Fair store to have a look at some footwear.

We were met by one of the staff Daniel Hanna.

He took the time to show us the items we were interested in and made sure everything was fitting well and comfortable.

We ended up purchasing several items for all the family and Daniel took his time and helped each of us. He was extremely helpful and patient with the kids. He made them feel comfortable and confident.

I popped into culture kings yesty, for time ba k on gold coast in 25yrs.
I was greeted by young man, killian, his service, mannerisms, respect to customers, was first to none.
I wld highly recommend anyone to the store, as it is first class in everyways.
I thank killian and one day i will pop back in again.

How can I put into words my amazing experience at culture King I walked just having a look then I saw some clothes but I didn’t know what would suit me and what would fit right then Daniel Walked up to me he made me feel good about myself he asked me what my style was what clothes I liked then he went from there he provided me with so many selections and even though when I will try them on if they do look good on me he will tell me he was honest that’s a whole different experience you don’t see that any more then I told him I want jeans told him what I like I ended up buying four pairs of jeans
I highly recommend this store good staffing good customer service to make sure you get and have everything you need
