Huge store with a great atmosphere with all the lights and music cranking. Not the biggest shoe range but plenty of everything else

Amazing place. Its basically a party shop with so much cool stuff. Great selection of sneakers.

I've been visiting culture king's since the Southport shop opened. I'd love to see more stuff like the "Starter" line of clothing and throw back Jordan's and less of brands like "Carre"

Edit: Im aware of online shopping. My comments were more about the direction of culture king's in general as opposed to this particular store. I do find lots of things I like overall.

My very first time I've been to a Culture Kings store and the experience still has me telling my friends about this place. A quality shop with quality products with quality helpful staff. Can't wait to shop there again.

My first time in the store shopping for my teenage son. Was approached twice by staff (I think I may have looked lost) with a female staff member taking the time to help me out. A huge thanks

I was in this store for the first time today (late Saturday afternoon). I was shopping for my teen daughter. We were trying to pick out an anime t shirt and not having luck finding her size. A young man who worked there (he mentioned he is Japanese and has travelled to Canada - where we are from) offered to help. He went out of his way to find her different shirts, made suggestions and helped find her size. He was friendly, and we didn’t have to ask for help - he just offered it. I very rarely write reviews but I wanted management to know that we left thinking, wow - excellent customer service! Thanks, we will be back

First time coming in, as I am normally to far to get here and have to shop online. This place was awesome. Massive range of gear and the staff were only happy to help.

I come to the Gold Coast quite frequently for holidays and Pacific Fair Culture Kings is always my go-to! Visiting multiple times a year since 2018 and always a great experience. Sick beats, great fashion and amazing staff who know their sh! T! Love the vibe so much. As a retail manager, I understand how tiring and busy retail can be, especially for such a reputable store/company so I know having to wait for assistance is not on purpose and the staff are very hardworking. Lengthy review but this store is awesome, from the fashion to the staff! Well done! ️

Man this shop is a thousand times better than any other. I have never experienced anything like it. This shops is nek level! The whole experience of shopping is insane and amazing well done culture kings! They had a live DJ! What the heck? Who does that? ?

I know this store isn't for everyone, the music is very loud, staff were no where to be seen, they were always busy doing something else, and not wanting to assist with us or ask if we wanted a hand with anything.

Great store if you are looking for urban street wear. This Culture Kings has a huge range of clothes, sneakers and hats. The only issue is that the Hats are all located above the clothes and are spread out around the entire store. This makes it quite difficult to "browse" the hats within the store.

First time here and it wasn’t too bad. Great variety and lots of helpful staff apart from checking out the server didn’t seem interested in what she was doing. ANYWAYS! Purchased jeans for my partner and she scanned it then had to mention We also had shoes that were taken behind the counter so she scanned that and asked for payment and that was that! Until.we walked out and the door alarm went off and then each store we left it kept going off until we got home and opened our bags and realised why. Thanks to Caity I’m gonna have fun trying to pull this off

Three trips down from Brisbane every time I am here they never have anything larger than size small. Never had an issue with the Melbourne store. Guess I'll just buy direct from the brands.

Not great customer service, returning an item is like pulling teeth, voting with my wallet elsewhere

What a yukky place to try and shop. It's so loud and dark and I couldn't figure out what their organisation system was to find anything. So many screens etc for show, would rather they saved money there to pass on to the customer. In a word, pretentious.

Abs was so helpful went into planning just to get some shoes left with a whole outfit for my semi as abs would say “was really feeling the vibe”

This store seems to lack overall range and variety to other culture kings, potentially because of store size, but the DJ was a nice addition, although entirely unnecessary.
