Culture Kings Pacific Fair

Very cool store. They have made a boring clothing store a fun and viby place. Music was good and the store looks great. Not really my taste of clothing, but an experience of its own visiting the store. Nice jewelry section.

Guys seriously, turn the music down maybe halfway so shoppers can think when they enter the store.
I had to walk out because it was like a bloody nightclub in here good clothes but better off ordering online.

I’m surprised there has not been an employee compensation suit yet for the duration of excessive Db they must be exposed to & potential permanent hearing loss.

They fuel is one price every day like it should be I only get my fuel here and have been for the last 18 months since I found out they don't do the rip off price cycle

Good atmosphere however music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. I love loud music at the best of times but this was extreme

We got served buy an incredible, friendly, polite female customer service staff member.

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Msg for head office - fix their ladders, not ok they risk breaking their necks for customers to try on hats.

Most of them are lovely and helpful but one of the staff (asian guy) was rude, followed and looked at us like we’re thief! Teach your staff to treat all the customers equally!

Most unnecessary rudest customer service I have experienced at any store at Pacific fair.

I went into this store, had trouble finding a pair of jeans that I have seen online. I Approached politely to one of the floor staff for assistance who gave off this negative attitude.

Floor employee found the jeans and my size was not in stock. I asked for some other recommendations and the floor employee rolled their eyes and went and grabbed a more senior member to assist me. The senior employee was just equally as unhelpful, non polite and for some reason came off as defensive. (?)

One star is generous and there is no way a store will be receiving my sale if they have zero willingness to assist in any way.

Had a great time, bought some nice clothes, and Zac was extremely helpful in every aspect, from choices to pricing. Would recommend:)

I was after a seichei yoroi model which is shown as a sale offer, the color was green which I was looking for, rang them in the morning and they said they don't have green instead have black and on same offer price. When I went to the store, they clearly denied saying that it's not on offer. I am not at all satisfied with this type of irresponsible behaviour and misleading customer and Culture king store service.

Amazing looking store that is much bigger than it looks and with all the street wear you could desire. Regular drops as well. Well worth a visit if you are at Pac Fair just to see it at the very least.

They mark up their prices and scam you into thinking it’s heavily reduced! I’m over their scamming especially their dodgy jewellery!

I used to love culture kings. Had a few experiences now with staff customer service. Wanting to get a few caps and spend up a bit as we have 9 kids. Staff were having a chat amongst each other, fair enough but if you see a customer and you’ve made eye contact don’t keep them waiting there until you’ve finished your conversation. Really does put a customer off. Don’t think I’d the only one but the music is probably the loudest I’ve heard in store. Love the music but I do like to hear my husband talk without yelling at each other.

If there was an option for 0/5 stars, this would have been my pick for this store. The manager at the store is extremely rude, disrespectful, impatient and abusive. This woman knows next to nothing about customer service and Australian consumer laws. Please beware of this store, and think twice before supporting this store.

Culture kings is the best shop ever invented. Staff is so kind and DJ soooooo good. I would very very recommend everyone to go shop here
They sell Very very good jewellery here. Great for birthday gifts

Was served on New Years, 1st January 2022 by a short blonde woman- seemed to be in her late 20’s and was wearing a blue striped shirt. She had made myself and friends feel extremely uncomfortable while in store. Super unprofessional in terms of customer service and her attitude and tone was terrible. We had been racially profiled and she indirectly accused us of theft. Terrible experience!

I do all my shopping with CK online. Went to pacific fair and the service was terrible the worst. People on the floor walk away from you and when you finally get one they don’t know where stock is. I wanted some notorious big shirts and asked the guy on the floor where I could find them and his response “at the front or on one of the racks”then he turned away and walked off and stood off in another section. There was twenty racks with shirts. After going through about ten racks at the front, I just left empty handed.

I won't be shopping at Culture Kings again.after having a limited budget for xmas I made an order of $109.96 including shipping on Monday 20th Dec so thought at least I had the Xmas guarantee if I didn't receive on time. I didn't receive in time for xmas day which was a shame as this was the main presents for my son. Culture Kings will now not honour the xmas guarantee of a gift card for my order as it had to be $110 total including shipping which I am 4 cents short of. 8 days after I ordered and paid for express shipping and I'm still waiting

Not as big as the Sydney Store but my son found the items he wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome service great set up first time there after waiting for vivid to past so told staff and got two tickets for air Jordan claw machine
