67I was more than satisfied with the wonderful treatment I was given by two assistants. I got exactly what I wanted at the best price.
Very poor. There is always no one at the front to serve customers and the person who checks items at the door always tells customers that you can pay at the tool shop or trade counter. Which means you have to walk all the way back to find another register to pay for your items. This is not just a one off it has been happening for years during week days. I'm over it. Time to start shopping elsewhere. Bunnings north shore get 0 out of 5 from me.

By far the best hardware store in Townsville, great parking facilities. With friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. With the outstanding product range of Bunnings and the professional staff you'll be able to get that diy or trades project completed with ease.
Got what I needed no sweat, however I haven't seen that many "mullets"in one place since i went fishing in the creek at sunshine plaza!
Nice shop but then all bunnings are the same throughout the east coast pity could not find assistance same as most stores along the east coast about time they got pro in customer service all alongvthe east coast
Because it's a quieter store it can be difficult to find a staffed register off peak. It would be better to take the meet and greet person off at these times when they don't seem to be adding much value.
