Awesome staff at the Bunnings North Shore. Very happy to assist and will give their personal insights to the product and if they use a product at home themselves.
Happy to return there if I find I’m in need of anything they stock.

Favorite place:) great staff and generally up to date stock lists. Only on the odd occasion parts are not available when they say in stock.

Ist visit to this Bunnings, impressed with it, we were over that way, so dropped in for a few things we needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to navigate with fast-paced check out lines. Disability accessible with a cafe and playground.

Used a courtesy trailer, free of charge to bring home lengths of timber and bags of cement.
Very easy to book out and return trailer. Very handy service offered.

All the good things that you find at all Bunnings stores.huge stock holdings, pricing is good here, easy parking, helpful knowledgeable staff. Wheelchair accessible, large car park, click and collect, trailer hire, and a large range of timber, roof sheeting, cement and fencing products make this my go to store, also usually not as busy as Central.

Staff here are very helpful. Nice place to visit bought a meat pie, wasn't very nice, pastry soft meat like a liquid, also way too hot,

Massive store with great selection. But the biggest credit goes to the staff. The most genuinely kind staff I've ever experienced from a shop - EVER. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 young noisy kids and every single staff made a note to say hi to us AND the kids. What a difference

Great Bunnings store. Easily accessible via the Ring Road. Typical Bunnings store, huge array of stock, great prices and friendly, helpful staff.

The staff are great and knowledgeable. Help without any worries. The goods are there and when you have a problem with an item they look at it and replace without making a big deal of it. All is great shopping there

Very helpful & friendly! Staff Located the gravel I was after, helped load it on my trolley and a bonus loaded it and other items purchased into my car!

When trying to assemble I got into lots of difficulties
The staff at Bunnings north shore Townsville. Qld not have been more helpful
They were considerate, patient and very kind to an aged widow having problems
Joel especially needs a gold star
My previous experience at this store prepAred me to expect excellent service but I am very grateful for help today

We bought a gazebo, special order, waited for it to come in, it arrives but the screws are out by 10 mm. Returned no worries, no we don’t want another. Refund please travel to North Shore twice from Rolling Stone to be told only 1 person can do it! Really more than one could take our money! So the saga continues

Huge store. I have always found what I went there for. The staff are super helpful, especially in the garden department.

Staff are very helpful with the heavy lifting in the garden section, having also taking trolly to car and unloading for me. 2 offered, I accepted 1 person's help. Both most curtious.
