Bunnings North Shore Townsville

Always have what I'm looking for from a simple D. I. Y job or a site job. Some of the friendliest staff in Townsville and are always there to offer a hand if you get lost. From the sausage sizzle to the timber yard, the range is perfect!

Who doesn't love Bunnings! It has all the stuff you need and all the stuff you dont need but you buy it anyway.
We usually make several trips on the weekend cause we forget to buy the thing we orginally went in for.

Much better than it has been for the plant section. Great to see good selection of outdoor furniture. Very nice lady serving coffee in the cafe! Thankyou. I love Bunning adventures. Loose a star for dead plants on sale! Totally dead.

Friendly staff. Good variety of stock. Good coffee and food in the Cafe. Easy car park access and layout.

Change a 8.5kg gas cylinder and the young chap who was on duty was most helpful in assisting an old chap with the lifting. Should be more like him. (This was in the gardening entrance)

Young, but helpful, very pleasant staff. This store seems to be the best stocked of the three locations around the town.
Also more reliable results when checking availability on their website.

The staff are great and knowledgeable. Help without any worries. The goods are there and when you have a problem with an item they look at it and replace without making a big deal of it.

I love this place because it gives me inspo.

But.
I also heard a rumour that when ure man goes to bunnings alone its to meet on isle 7/8 for that lucky lady who takes advantage of your husbands / partner so women be careful sending your man to bunnings alone.although some if not most women just come to bunnings to check out the tradies coming in? ‍️

All that magic mike moments those single ladies are after just trying to pick up those handy men and not un useful ones.

So there u have it bunnings u go there for a snag.

As bunnings saying goes a better price theyll beat it by 10%.

Asked the shop assistant for help choosing the appropriate item. He was very helpful. We found what we needed and left satisfied.

Nice woman in the café is very nice and kindly served me a sausage roll that tasted like pastry although I don't know why.

Stopped by the store to buy a Coleman Heat Shield Gazebo as the website stated they had stock. Couldn't find it, asked a staff member. "Yeah, we used those gazebo's to set up a covid testing site in the car park, guess we never altered the stock online".

It takes forever to find a Bunnings staff available to help find the products. Customer service is getting really bad mostly at the timber section. Most items are becoming very expensive as well. I guess it's everywhere when you are in Townsville there's less options that you have to embrace the cost.

We had occasion to return a faulty faucet purchased at another store 6 months ago. The staff member at the door directed me to a check-out counter not in use rather than wait in line at the returns desk. That was nice. There were "no questions" asked - just a quick refund. That was nice also. In and out, bada-bing-bada-boo. I have been in copious Bunnings stores during our around-Oz trips and many could do with looking at this store for friendliness and thoughtful staff.

All good but buying online they couldn't seem to upload the receipt with 5 year warranty onto my digital bunning's phone app? Also didn't ask for my flybuys

Great service and great prices. I found exactly what I needed and when I had questions about it the staff were extremely helpful. Can't recommend enough. Parking is also much easier than the other Bunnings around town.

My preferred Bunnings in Townsville. Friendly and attentive customer service that is worth driving the extra few kilometers for.

Very clean isles, friendly staff and shelves stocked great site not as busy as others which is a bonus

Has a really good selection of products. Products layer out and easy to find. I live right next to the Townsville Central Bunnings but I drove out to this Bunnings especially because they stock a wider range of products and also have products in stock, which my normal Bunnings often lacks. Good parking and easy to find. I would highly recommend this Bunnings store.

Love Bunnings. We spend a ridiculous amount of money there, which is not hard to do. Some of the staff at Domain can be quite rude at time, we have stop going to the Domain Bunnings for that reason. We have stuck with North Shore Bunnings, now.

Alway a wonderful time if I'm in bunnings. But the staff make it so much more wonderful. Helpful amd smile.
