Bunnings North Shore Townsville

Service none existent, very few staff to help find what you want, I've walked out without articles I've wanted so bunnings lost money not happy Jan!

Best Bunnings here, seems to have the most stock and has very friendly staff and been shopping there for a few years

Went to Bunnings North shore. Very pleased with the service and a huge thank you to Craig who came to the Car park and loaded our purchase into our Ute. What an unexpected yet much appreciated kind gesture. Please support this store you won't be disappointed.

A place to find everything you do and don't need.
The warehouse is always tidy and respectable. There's a huge range and many different brands of products.
Checking out is a breeze with self serve or good old fashioned customer service. The staff are friendly and happy to point you in the right direction, or give you advice when you ask.
I have never had a bad experience at this Bunnings and love picking up a snag and softdrink when visiting on a Saturday.
The 9pm close time during the week is great as it gives plenty of time to drop in after work.
A place I would definitely recommend:).

You can find everything and more than what you'd planned. Close to access roads to get you in and out without the hassle.

I am haviing to use a walker at the moment, & was using 1 of your trolley's as a walker. Any time I needed anything your North Shore 1 of your team would be there to assist.
The lady at the toolshop R13 was so helpful deserves a special mention she was absolutely lovely. (Refer to Sunday 12 Jul 2020 at approx 12.00). From now on my son & I will be driving the additional distance to shop at nort shore. Warm regards from Carolie.

Always a pleasure to shop at Bunnings North. The team are very friendly and helpful. The store always looks very clean a day tidy.

Great shopping centre: newsagency, butcher, chemist, friendly burger joint, bottle. Clean toilets, enough covered parking. Places for mums with prams and disability parking (when not being used by 'normal' people).

I always love the service at this store, but last week two staff members, Jodie and Braeden K, went above and beyond in helping me. A big shout out to them both - thanks for making my life a little easier)

How good is bunnings

The staff here are friendly and they know which isles have the stuff I need.

I find this bunnings at Burdell seems to always have stock of what I’m looking for so I tend to frequent this shop more than others.

I also think the coffee is better at this bunnings than the others in Townsville but that is rather subjective as I frequent this one more than the others.

The play gym inside is good and the kids activities table is usually on with stuff to do on a weekend or school holidays.

Also the sausage sizzle stall out the front has good sausages. Not the best of all the bunnings but probs a close second. Again this is subjective to the times I buy sausages.

In Tassie, you get a docket for a gas bottle swap. This streamlines the changeover process. Might be worth trying up here.

Love this place! Walk in for one thing, always Walk out with an armfull of stuff I never even knew I needed! Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Shocking, 4 people at the returns desk at I asked for help twice, I'd already left the Garbutt store because pretty much the same thing. You'd think they'd want to help as I was try to spend $800+ on a hammer drill and charger and batteries, definitely stick to the professionals at the tool shops and wholesalers.

I really found this Bunnings a great place to shop, plenty of parking without all the crowds of the other Bunnings

Typical Bunnings, one of three in Townsville. All the home, building and garden products you may need.

A range of plants not found at other Townsville Bunnings stores. Good selection of bush tucker plants. Tubestock for many varieties that are only available as $20+ alternatives at other stores.

Great coffee.and at a hardware store. Ha!
Staff were very swtiched on and great to interact with. Professional but fun. Cheers.
